In total it has been a great first year in this college, the college provides perfect mixture of social and professional life.

Entrance Preview

Boards marks, it was a full year of preparation to score more than 97% to be with the best students from India. And as said, hard work paid off, can't ask for anything else.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very good, some great knowledge, great studying experience, very very friendly atmosphere and it's a college, not a pressure cooker. A great college to build your career and be a successful person. The curriculum helps us in knowing our strength and weakness, thus it is a great experience.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the college provides us with internship, the experience is a must have. You need to get into the real world. The average stipend is 3k or 4k.

Shri Ram College of Commerce, the toughest undergraduate college to get into at Delhi University, has already begun the first phase of its placements for this academic year with an annual package of Rs.6 lakh as the average ask. The highest package this year is expected to be around Rs.15 lakh.

College Events

The crème de la crème of our non-academic achievement is Crossroads, 40 year-old annual cultural festival. The four day extravaganza, being the only night festival in the University of Delhi, is the biggest college fest in DU by a long shot and attracts students in excess of 90,000 in the age group 18-25. Crossroads has remained a favorite among sponsors and students because of its elevated scale, superior event-management, large crowd, and value-oriented return.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. It is not a whopping sum as one would expect for one of the best college. The fees is much less than what one pays in school. The fees is never an issue in Delhi university college. The family is also isn't pressurised due to fees.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, I have heard about the annual alumni meet, and have got to know from seniors that the alumni are very helpful, alumni network is very large as it is the best college for years.

Exam Structure

The exam structure can be better, as a student, we are never satisfied with exams, we are always against examination. But at the same time, it is necessary. The exam structure should be student friendly and must not put too much pressure on the student.

Faculty

The faculty is extremely experienced and student friendly. The faculty has enough knowledge of the curriculum and inspire creativity and scientific approach. They inspire us to do well, to do more and to be an asset to the country. One is able to grow professionally.

The college provides internship opportunities from the 2nd year onwards. The college provides 20-30% definite placements to the students. And almost 80% of students get internship experience and exposure from the college itself. Placement packages are average but also depend on the person and his/her skills. The average package ranges from 2.5-3.5 lacs approximately. Top recruiting companies like AIMS India, Insurance companies, and E&Y. Many more companies visit onboard for the opportunity of Jobs and internships. My immediate step after the degree of graduation is to have practical experience in the real world and work to gain that exposure and have my further studies post that.

I guess from 1 year only as in this college and have placement cell and u can u internships from 1 sem only and it will enhance ur resume. 5-6 lakhs p.a. after graduation Almost 50-60% of students get placed.

Placement Experience:

The college infrastructure is quite decent. The curriculum is excellent. In-depth topics are been taught. We have subjects like art of rendering and model making which are not taught in most of the colleges. Teachers are excellent at their job. Good placements are offered where students can learn and excel in the field.

With extremely helpful and experienced faculty members, I am certain that I took the right decision to join this college. If you have the will to work and seize every opportunity that comes your way, look no further and be apart of the SBSC family. Only negative point is that college dont have own hostel.

I would say that my college is surely a good one its a really prestigious college and after living there for 3 years i get to know why it is that much prestigious. But if there is positive sides there are negative sides as well. College should have to take care of the infrastructure of the college which is quite poor and old too.

While preparing my preference list in cuet, I only had 2-3 colleges in my mind which was a must for me. First was obviously Shri Ram College of commerce and then it was hindu etc. Fortunately I got into SRCC in the first round itself. And if it wasn't SRCC I would've opted for Du sol rather than going to other du colleges. SRCC holds a legacy and I wanted to be a part of that and continue it.
