Remarks

This college is best for economically weaker section students. Eligibility of the btech course admission is passed 12th in min 50 % marks with jee mains. Fee of jmi is low in comparing other college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose civil engineer course in jamia millia islamia. All faculty member are best in behavior, teaching and all are best. 2 month gap in each sessional exam. The difficult of pass in internal exam .

Internships Opportunities

I was seeking a penetration testing internship and I received exactly that. My advice to future interns would be to complete the application form thoroughly and indicate your preferences to the best of your ability, in order to be placed in your desired internship.

Placement Experience

The last year/semester students are eligible for campus placements. The microsoft google and many more companies visited and more than 100 offer made by companies. The average package os about 4 lakhs.

DTU FROM A FRESHER'S PERSPECTIVE

DTU is a Nice Place

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is its strong point. A lot of the students get placed at least somewhere in CSE especially. Google is the company a lot of the people get placed in. Highest package is around 2 Cr per annum and Average is around 12-20 Lacs per annum. Percentage of students that get placements is about 90%. There are a lot of internships options here and I know some students that have joined internships from the first year. My plans after getting a degree is to find a nice and comfortable job where I can balance my work and life and work hard there for good money.

DTU: A Perfect Blend of Learning and Campus life.

Placement Experience:

At DTU, students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester.TOP companies like Google , Microsoft, Amazon , Atlassian and Deloitte visit the campus. The highest packages touch above 1cr+, with an average around 15-20lpa for CSE. Most Students (90%+ in top branches) get placed. After my degree, I plan to pursue a tech role in software development.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements begin in final or fourth year. So from 7th semester students become eligible for on campus placement.From 5th semester or 3rd year students are eligible for on campus internships with very good package. In Nsut all top companies like Google, microsoft ,adobe, amazon, flipkart and many more visit.Around 300 companies visit each year. Highest package in 2024 is 83lpa in cse branch and 18 lpa average.In cse placement percentage is 70%, and in ee it is lower around 40%.

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

Placement Experience:

After internship season gets over, placement season starts with starting from 7th semester. At the start a lot of good product based companies visit and gradually the package offered start decreasing. The placement season lasts for full one year and around 90-95% students get placed. I started my master's in Chandigarh University before joining Jamia. We have to clear an entrance for JMI. In comparison, it is much better than Chandigarh University. The fee for Jamia is around 16000 for the course , whereas it's around 1.5 lakh there. Then comes the professors. They are much experienced and better in Jamia.
