I liked the big campus area and the facilities available.
I enjoyed the happening fests and programs.
It has societies and I have joined a bunch where many enjoyable things happen.

Dislikes

I hate the way most of the admin block people behave.
This college didn't give fresher to us 😭.
The notice are comming late and they made bad rules.

Course Curriculum Overview

For the course structure it is bad. Syllabus has lots of topics which is just compressed book we don't have any idea what to study from them. curriculum prepared is worst what will help mech. Student to study civil.

Internships Opportunities

Google offer software engineer role and other role in internship. For mechanical automotive engineer role is given in companies like Mahendra, Maruti, honda. We have to make a major project to complete our degree at last of our sem.

Placement Experience

Student become eligible from 8 semester for campus placement. Many big companies has visited like google, amazon, accenture, and many other the total no of offered made is thousand 8 hundred something.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 2 lakh 67 thousand for btech course. Everyone has same fees to pay if scholarship is not availed. Fees consists of 1 lakh 63 thousand tuition fees, 22 thousand student welfare fees, 36 thousand facilities charges, 10 thousand ews fund And other fees.

Campus Life

Engifest, yuvaan and ahvaan is the flagship event of our college. Engifest are typically happen in February. Yuvaan fest has to happen in September but it postponed to January. We have a quite a very big library and it has all book available which is needed.

Admission

I applied for NSUT and DTU I got admission in DTU mechanical because it has good rating and have good placement online and it is near my home while NSUT academic are strict and it is away from my halome.

Faculty

For faculty to students ratio it is 86 to 1. Some faculties are awesome they solve ours doubt and some facilities teaching is not understandable. For the faculty I like it is Neha Rani ma'am she is chill no pressure and her teaching style is also good.

Interview Experience

I have given JEE exam and qualified mains to get into DTU. There are b.des course which requires giving uceed exam. For management courses you have to give Cat and for bsc and msc you can get into this with your cuet score.

Night Life

We have a strict rule after 11 boys are not allowed to leave their hostel and girls hostel closes at 10. Some famous hangout places inside the campus are titanic point, raydee cafe, oat and sport complex.

Shubham - DTU Honesty review after 4 year in college

Placement Experience:

Students who have completed there 4 sem are eligible to sit in campus placements to secure 2month summer internship and students who have completed there 6th sem are eligible to sit in campus placements to secure 6 month internship along with ppo or fulltime or direct fulltime opportunities. Around 70-80% students gets placed in tech branches and around 50-70% gets placed in core branches. My plan after degree are to join a fulltime offer.

The best college you can get into after IITs

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is decent enough. If you are from Tech and circutial branches you can expect package ranging around 12-30lpa, and other than this you can expect somewhere between 8-15lpa for other branches. Overall the placement is quite good.

Placement Experience:

From 3 year onwards on campus internship will start and I am in second year so I didn't know about how much package and placement ratio but like Average package for cse 23 lakhs per annum and highest is 82 lakhs per annum and one time highest package in cse is like 1 cr

Students of Fourth Year are eligible for the campus placements as of now I am in second year I don't have exposure to that knowledge. I will get the placement after getting degree if not than i will start my own startup and agency.

Placement Experience:

Placements were supposed to be very goood but last year it was average the average package is about 12 lpa and median is about 9lpa this is the reality.If you look at other website they will show the higher data but this is reality.You need atleat 8.5 cgpa as a secure benchmark to take part in placcement.About 70% of the student get placed

My honest experience at a GGSIPU university

Placement Experience:

The fifth semester students become eligible for campus placements. The College organise placement, registration and shortlisting based on academic performance and semester marks. Many well-known companies visit the campus for hiring every year, including both mass recruitment and profile based offers students get opportunities in core companies as well as IT and consulting firms, the highest package offered in recent years has been competitive, and the average package is decent for most . A good percentage of students manage to secure placement through campus drives, but it also depends on students preparation and skill level students also get internships into placement offers. If a student does not get a campus placement, there are still good options for employability students to prepare for off campus placement, government exams or higher studies like Masters. Overall the placement environment is active and give students affair chance to start their careers.

I got this college according to my rank in JEE Mains exam. Admission process was nice as first i had got the NSUT DWARka with the same branch but after the second round of counselling i got admission in this College as I had put DTU above the NSUT in the preference list. Only JEE Mains is accepted for B.Tech courses in DTU. So talking about the admission process we have to first clear the JEE Mains examination and after that we have to do counselling through JAC Delhi in which we have to choose a preference and make a list of colleges with preferred branch and submit it in the JAC Portal and after several rounds of college allotment process whch takes 1 to 2 months we get the college according to out JEE Mains rank and preferene list than we have to go to the college aloted to use Physically for the document verification , one the verification is done our admission is confirmed in the college and we get admission letter and are able to attend the college from the starting of session....Read More
