The course curriculam at DTU is well-structured and highly relevant to current industry needs. Subjects like DSA , OS, DBMS and AI build a strong Foundation. The curriculum prepares students well for placements and higher studies.

At DTU, students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester.TOP companies like Google , Microsoft, Amazon , Atlassian and Deloitte visit the campus. The highest packages touch above 1cr+, with an average around 15-20lpa for CSE. Most Students (90%+ in top branches) get placed. After my degree, I plan to pursue a tech role in software development.

The fee structure of DTU for Btech (in 2025) is fairly transparent and charged on a yearly basis. For all categories , the total anuunual fees is 2,47,700rs/year. This fees increase +10,000rs every absequent year of course . (for 2nd year 2,57,700rs ., 3rd year 2,67,700rs , for 4th year 3,06,000rs) . Hostel and mess fees are not included in this . Separate 1-1.1lakh one have to pay per year for mess and hostel fees. .. DTU offers several scholarship like National scholarship portal benfits for obc , st and sc students. for general students they can apply for Dtu fees concession and private schoolarships.

Campus life at DTU is vibrant with fests like Engifest(february) and technical events like Invictus . The library offers wide acces to books and online journals . Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors. Students enjoy strong sports facilities and many more active clubs like IEEE, UCD, and E-Cell which is greatly enhance social interaction.

I chose DTU because of its strong reputation, excellent placements and affordable fees compared to privated colleges. I had also considered NSUT and IIIT delhi but DTU offered better campus life and oppotunites , Admission is through JAC delhi based on JEE mains rank, the process was smooth with clear cutoffs, and online counselling.

The faculty at DTU is knowledgeable , experienced and supportive , especiallywhen it comes to core subjects in CSE. The faculty to student ratio varies by department , but most professors are approachable nduring office hours and help students with doubts and other study related things. The course structure is well-designed and industry-oriented , especially for CSE, DTU regularly upadtes certain subjects to keep them relevant to current technologies. The exam system includes two sessional exams and one end semeter-exam.The difficulty level is moderate- if you attend classes and study regularly, it is easy to score well.

Nightlife around DTU is lively and asfe , with spots like bawana Road cafes , Rohini and Hudson lane nearby. Gyms ,cafeterias and the library close by evening, while hostels allow entry around 11pm. students unwind at nescafe, sports grounds and have fun.
