Remarks

The admission process which I took at the time of the pandemic. So I took online admission through the admission department of the college and then submit all documents and give a short question exam for taking the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to work in the research line. And the teaching method of our beloved teachers are very good, they help you every time with everything. They guided us every time. The exams are now held on online but the exams are not too difficult to pass.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Brainware University provides 50 undergraduate, postgraduate & diploma programs. The university holds remarkable placement and internship records over years. It has an active placement and internship cell.

Placement Experience

From the 5th Semester, students become eligible for campus placement. I am just in semester 1 so I can't give brief information on placement. But I heard that the placement of the university is very good and secure.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of the course is approximately 3lac for 3 years. But it reduces because of scholarship on board marks. And you have to pay fees on time for the new semester. You are also able to apply for other scholarships.

Campus Life

The campus life is best. But due to pandemic University is closed, but for 1 month the college was opened for a week and then we went there and it was a fantastic experience. All webinars are held on various topics every time.

I've always found economics to be really interesting and thats why I choose to persue it. I wanted to dive deep into the actual concepts and workings of the economy and understand how the world works from an economist's point of view. Sadly the curriculam doesnt bridge the gap between theory and real life. It focuses heavily on textbook and not how the world works.

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

The Physical Chemistry faculties are the best I got, that influenced me to carry forward my research carrier in Physical Chemistry. Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course is good but you have to opt for masters and PhD to get a good placement. After bsc there's not any placement. The curriculum was basically practical and theoretical based. But I think it should be more practical so that we can get a job after doing bsc. The teaching method was good I didn't have any problem with that. As it was under Calcutta University so the exam questions were too difficult, sometimes it came out of our syllabus , i think they should change this a little bit .

The reality of SCC

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus for BSc. Microbiology Hons. was in line with my interests. Few topics like virology, bacteriology, and diversity of the microbial workd are what drew my attention to pick this course. Although there are some portions which one would consider "boring", but I believe every subject has its interesting as well as boring portions. It's seems fair to judge a subject by seeing if the "boring" portions outweigh the "interesting" parts or not.

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness of the course curriculum, my rating is solid 4.1 out of 5. Because it offers a variety of courses like compulsory english, environmental science, constitution values of India, Inter Disciplinary Courses where one can opt for a variety of subjects which change along with the course proceeds or semester changes. Not only that two major papers and one minor paper are present throughout the semester. As a student we should be well aware of our country and its law as well as how we can keep our environment healthy followed by sustainable development.

Brainware, The Affordable College.

I chose this college cause it is a value for money college. The other colleges that i applied for are - Adamas University, Swami Vivekananda University. Comparing this college(Brainware University) with Adamas University - The course fee is very high in Adamas University than Brainware University. Total Fee for Btech CSE in Adamas University is 8,00,000 while 419600 in Brainware university, meaning half the price. The fee structure in Swami vivekananda University is 3,60,000 but it hasnt much placement opportunities so brainware univeristy is like all for one with low fees . No, i didnt get rejected from other colleges i just chose this because it takes less money than Adamas which is very high and a little more than swami vivekannda with less placements opportunities....Read More

BRAINWARE, THE AFFORDABLE ONE.

I chose this college coz the fee structure is much less then other colleges near me. I applied for Adamas University but after going after the fees structure(8 laks for Btech CSE) while i can apply for it in Brainware University for the half of it.(4.5lakhs for Btech CSE) No, I didnt got rejected from other colleges. The admission process is very easy. The eligibility for Btech is the students must have more than 60% in aggregate in PCM(Physics, Chemistry and Math). There is an exam that we have to give for those under 80% to get admission in the college....Read More
