Remarks

This college has got the best faculty in commerce stream in South Kolkata and it is one of the renowned institutions for commerce and other streams as well. Here campus recruitment is very helpful as some big companies come for campus selection and they choose meritorious students in the best job they find fruitful.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculties are the best I have found. They are sincere and very helpful and they try their best to provide the students with all the information and knowledge which becomes very important in the semester exams. They provide very effective suggestions for the exams as well as guide beautifully to choose our careers in future.

Class Size: 185Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

The college has got the best placement and job opportunities. Some renowned companies like PWC, TCS and others come for campus recruitment. They find the best and meritorious students and give them the best job opportunity in their companies.

College Events

It was very good. The events were very entertaining and informative. There were many extracurricular activities and the college provided best support and reference in those cases. The events included dance, singing, drama and others where students can showcase their talent.

Honest opinion about my college(AOT)

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

Good College

Placement Experience:

Placement eligibility usually starts in the final year, but there are limited opportunities. Some IT and outsourcing companies visit, but they offer low salary packages. The average package offered is not very high about 3-4 LPA and only a small percentage of students get placed. Many students prefer to pursue an MCA or learn additional skills like web development, data science or cyber security to improve their job prospects. After completing my BCA, I plan to gain experience in IT related jobs improve my technical skills and possibly pursue higher studies like MCA. I might also explore freelancing or certification to increase job opportunities. Since I already have customer service and telecalling experience, I may also consider IT support roles before moving into core technical jobs. Building skills and networking will be important for getting a good job after graduation.

In case of computer science department, placement is provided at the Last year of M.sc course. Many companies like Wipro, b10x, Tata visited here. Highest package ever is three lakh per annum. 20-40% of the students got placement after completing M.Sc computer science. My plan after B.sc is to pursue MCA.
