To get admission through WBJEE the rank must be within 11000. (gen) and through JEE MAINS it should be within 90,000 (gen). Students can get the application form for WBJEE: wbjee.nic.in and for JEE MAINS: jeemain.nta.nic.in For reserved categories, there are benefits like for the TFW category (only for WB students whose family income is less than 2.5 LPA) only tuition fee is paid. Proper time management during admission with a proper display of seat matrix will help the student to select the college with the desired branch effectively.

I chose this CSE, because of my interest in this field moreover, it offers me the correct exposure to the world. This is the most demanding field and will grow exponentially in the coming years, but other fields are also very good and one can opt them. There is a good faculty ratio of this college. Most of them are professors for the theory classes and workshops with assistant teachers for respective departments. Their teaching method is very interactive and the decoram of the classes are properly maintained. Two semister exams are taken at intervals of 6 months plus before every semister exam, through CA(continuous assignments) internal marks are calculated.

Internships are quite well with a good stipend skilled ones are able to get a good catch per month through internships. Most of the other students copy higher studies as well for more professional courses.

The placement criteria of this college are good. Companies like tcs, infosys, chegg, cognizant, accolite, Microsoft, Amazon, etc hire many students for internships and jobs with an average package of 5.5 LPA and highest 42 LPA (2022).

the fee structure of the college is : 1st year 144000 2nd year 112000 3rd year 112000 4th year 112000 Financial assistance is provided if the student belongs to TFW CATEGORY else students can consider scholarships after consulting with the official authorities. Regarding campus jobs most of the students try for internships in the 3rd year and till the end of the 4th year many, nearly all, get placed.

Campus life is quite ok, day by day you will become more social through various activities offered by this college the college library is available all time till 6 pm except on Sundays, it has a good collection of books. there are common rooms for boys and girls with all necessary sports facilities, Students can join clubs like phonix, gdsc, rotaract ect to enhance their social life. above all the robotic tech fest "AVENIR" is the main fest of this college.
