Remarks

Applicants should have studied Physics, Chemistry and maths in class 12. Application form will be out in the official website of Delhi University. Once you have successfully registered in the Website, University will provide individual cuttoff for each course in each college.

Course Curriculum Overview

During Covid pandemic university conducted exams online. Open book exam was conducted where students can refer to their books and do the exam. Students were given enough time to write and upload the answer scripts.

Students can choose their internships of their own. They usually do internship in technical sides. Their are lot of intership offers available in online, and this is one of the most optive method of students.

Placement Experience

Students can register for placement in their 3rd year. Lots of companies vist college and give placement every year. Placement for Electronics department is average. Most students go for higher studies or SSC/UPSC after this course.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are ranging from 12k to 16k , which is somewhat higher and no fee concessions where provided during Covid time. Additional to this you are required to pay exam fees in each semester. College has an active placement cell where everyone can register for placement.

College has lot of societies where students can join as per their interest. Tide is the annual fest of ARSD college. College has a well established library where students can access books of all types. College has a good basketball, cricket,Tennis ground.

Placement is not that great as I hear it's around 400000 to 500000 annum after 3 years of graduation companies like wipro TCL etc. highest package as I know is 22lpa in 2023 75% students places I will pursue further studies after graduation

College life in Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), DU

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Biomedical Sciences is very interesting as well as challenging, it covers various fields of sciences and has great scope in terms of research. The course connects theory with real world applications in hospitals and research laboratories. A few examples would include, antibacterial testing, PFT, EMG, blood tests, which are commonly performed in hospitals. The course also helps us to pursue our hands in research further by providing us with hands on training for skills such as biostatistics, writing scientific literature, lab skills, etc. A few improvements that I would suggest is the removal of outdated testing methods and practicals from the curriculum that are not essential for the real world currently. The teaching methods are quite good and interesting. The exams are conducted at the end of each semester and are relevant to the curriculum. The practical exams test your knowledge of hands on experience that you've gained while doing lab work. Theory exams are of 3 hours as per usual and test your theoretical knowledge from books and classes mainly.

My tale of andc

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have pcm in 12 th and in also subjects i am best in chemistry so that's why I choosed it . And andc is mostly a science course college it has mostly science courses only . It has good labs facility most necessary for my course. We have exams per semester only which are average not much hard or easy .

from probably the 3rd year students are eligible for campus recruitments, infotech i think came to our college as far as my knowledge goes, the avg package that im aware of is 3-4.5LPA, which is decent in terms of placement after bachelors, my plans although are to pursue higher education since the package mentioned is not good in my eyes

All about ARSD.

I applied to a lot of other colleges under Delhi University and some private colleges, i chose this college over those because overall it was a better and reputed college. Fees is quite affordable, attendance is managable, well infrastructure, based in a good locality, good connectivity and several other reasons. My Experience at Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College

I applied for all colleges in Delhi University. I got accepted into Delhi college of arts and Commerce, and then later got upgrade to Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College. I did not apply to any other university. I wanted to get selected into a North Campus college, but my score was not enough for it. The only way to get admitted into a delhi University college is through CUET, in which I scored 815/1000 (96.5%ile) after which I got admitted into ARSD. My growth journey in ARSD

I chose Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College because of its academic reputation and mainly its nirf ranking . Compared to other colleges i applied to, ARSD offered a abetter academic environment and experienced faculty. I applied to other colleges such as Hindu, Hansraj and Kirori Mal college but but admission confirmation came only from ARSD mainly due to high competition and high cutoff in CUET UG where even a minute difference in exams create a change in the seat allocation.
