Good scores in higher secondary ( class 11th and 12th). Students can able to apply only if they participate in state universities counselling. Details will be found official university of Calcutta website.

Course Curriculum Overview

I like the course so I opted. Average 60 students per classroom. The teaching was wonderful. Exams are conducted in 2 semesters per year pattern. They were quite easy to crack. The teachers were friendly and quite helpful.

Internships Opportunities

3rd and final year students opt for internships for various roles like software development, UI/Ux, android development, data analyst, etc. Projects and outcomes will be easier and more technical which help students to develop in their careers.

Placement Experience

Excellent placement overall, from 3rd year students eligible for the placement. Companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, Accenture and Deloitte have visited. The average package is about 6 to 10 LPA. 95% placements overall it has good placement. Placements training will be conducted which helps students to get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite less when compared to other state universities. Actually, I didn't apply for any scholarship to enter this university The total cost of the study is about 24000 * 4 for my course. well equipped labs and campus.

Campus Life

Splendid life in the college campus, more tech fest will be conducted frequently which engage students to develop in their career. All kinds of books are available in the library. Sports teams and clubs are there, interested students can enrol their names. Ncc clubs and rotrarty club.

The placement of the college is not that much which I expected but not also very bad the highest package of the college is around 51 lack and the average package is like 11-12 lack and the median of the college is 10 lack pretty much good and placement percent is around 88 percent of students placed every year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

Perfect campus for economics student

Admission process are very simple. Generally entrance exam was conducted for admission but I took admission just after COVID so I didn't give any entrance exam. But cutt off was very high.
