College experience

The course was available based on the 12 marksheet and percentage. no application fees was required, and the admission procedure was fairly simple with maximum cooperation from the college staff. I applied for the the college online through site. No entrance exam is required for the college, the minimum cutoff for general category was around 93%

This course provides an insight into the application of biological sciences and teaches techniques like PCR, chromatography, spectrophotometry, etc. The teaching faculty is excellent and always ready to help with your queries. You even get a dedicated teacher as your mentor to guide you through any problems or queries you may face during your college years. The teachers are extremely qualified with all having their PhDs. The term exams were always on time and were easy as the concepts were made clear by the teachers.

In biomedical sciences, several internships were taken by students ranging from IISCs and IITs. Several workshops and summer internships were arranged by MERCK and other biotech companies Internships in research fields are common.

The college is extremely affordable with about 68000 total for 3 years of college. During the combined time they even delayed collection of fees and the students who lost their parents due to covid-19 got complete fees waivers. Scholarships are available in the college and the information is circulated among the students.

The annual fest is conducted at around February- March The college has a separate three-story library block which contains all the course books and even contains online assessable content through a digital library, computer labs are provided with wifi access. Classrooms are spacious with several classrooms equipped with screen projectors. The college has a huge playground with sports like cricket, badminton courts, basketball, courts, football field, volleyball court and several I door games, the college also has an outdoor gym. Several social groups like art society, drama club, music society, astronomy society, literature club, etc are present.
