Good Institute for Non Core Branches only

College is good but management is somehow selfish. They are very lazy in releasing the funds that is used in organising various programmes. College has its own wifi, canteen, indoor games corridor, common room etc.

By the entrance exam of West Bengal that is WBJEE, I got admission in this college. I had secured 12364 rank in WBJEE. This College ranks 3rd among private colleges in kolkata. But I think it is best from placement view. So I opted this college.

Course Structure is not too good as this College falls under MAKAUT which is very predictable when it comes to exams. If you are of innovative mind, u want to get true knowledge, seriously don't join this college. This college is just for them who went there for degree and normal placement only.

No. College does not provide any type of internship during final year . However they they provide some training session during entire course. After the course they provide placements through various companies in which you will complete your internship. The stipend is 20000 per month.

First when you will enter in college as fresher's, You will get Fresher's party within one month of your admission. After that a Technical Fest , which runs 4 days is organised in college. Technical Fest of this College is very Popular. After that a Cultural Fest is celebrated which runs two days.

Scholarship that is provided by our college is only for two seats in each stream. They falls under Tution Fee Waiver quota. They are nominated by WBJEE Counselling depends upon their rank. However college has a Punjab National Bank on its name which provides Educational loan.

Campus life is just OK not very good. In civil and Mechanical stream gender ratio is very low, there are 2 girls out of 120. In CSE, It, ECE 85 % strength are of girls. There is a cricket team of our college which visits various colleges for playing. Robotics is the main event of our Technical Fest.

Hostel facilities are much more worse. You will have to share a room with your friend because in every room there are two seats. You will have to pay 5200 per month including all charges. Food is good. You will get Fish four days a week as it is in West Bengal region. Hostel rules are very strict. You will not be allowed after 10:00 PM.

Our college is very well connected by senior students. Every Year Alumni is organised in order to share experience with the current students which is quite helpful.

In civil and Mechanical Engineering Courses, Labs are not Sufficient. In other Branches, you will get proper lab. Exam is Conducted twice in each semester named as unit test. Lab Exams and Semester exams are conducted once in each semester by MAKAUT.

Only a few teachers are qualified. Most of the teachers bring their notes with them. They copy every single line from that notes. If you ask other questions , they will say I will resolve that later and that later never comes. No teachers are interested in teaching. They only get there for their job.
