Great Placement Record, Nice and updated course curriculum, and IIIT Brand Tag. Less fee and great ROI. Major IT city and great and competitive peer group. Government Institute and brilliant faculties. Nice exposure.

IIITs are known for it's updated course curriculum and it's research and innovation. Here at IIIT Pune, the course structure is well designed and well updated as per current requirements and what is actually needed in a software industry.

Class Size: 170Course Fees: INR 720000 per year

Placement Experience

The on campus placement is amazing here, you will get to see a lot of tech giants coming to the campus for the recruitment like Amazon, Nutanix, Gojek, ServiceNow, Instabase and many more. The average package here is around 15Lac and highest package is 36Lac.

The fee is nominal as other Govt. Funded institutions has like other IITs, NITs and IIITs. The on campus placement is amazing here, you will get to see a lot of tech giants coming to the campus for the recruitment like Amazon, Nutanix, Gojek, ServiceNow, Instabase and many more. Campus Life

The campus life is amazing, being in the city like Pune you get a lot of exposure. We also host annual Cultural fest and technical fest, and invite other prestigious institutions around the country. We also have a lot of clubs where students can learn and up grade their skill sets.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is nice and tidy. It has all the room with 3 occupancy. The best thing about the hostel room is that is has attached washroom for every room. Also, the quality of food mess is also really amazing.

Admission

These Institutions take admission on the basis of marks/percentile obtained in JEE MAINS and then through JOSAA counseling we get our seats allotment.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

Placement Experience:

Tata Group, Reliance Group, Aditya Birla Group and some other niche names from corporate are the ones who come for placements at law college. Since every year 300 students pass out and 150-175 of them get jobs from the college placement and the average salary offered is around 6-7 lakhs. Highest though last year was of 20LPA.

IIIT Pune Detailed Review

This College was on my top priority as It is in the city Pune . The Emerging IT city in India . As the Name is IIIT it also attracts me . At the time of Counselling i have filled Branches in ECE of NIT and CS of IIIT . Initially i was alloted IIIT Bhopal but inn the 5th round IIIT Pune was alloted . My Parent was happy as Pune is Nice city. My College Infrastructure is Good but not as expected. If we compare my College to Private than it is far Good and all the facilites are nice. Yeah we can say that we are new but we can say that we are not less than New NIts. For Entrance in IIIT Pune You need to qualify the JEE Main Exam with Good Percentile. My experience of iiit pune

I also applied to cse at IIIT jabalpur and allahbad, and chemical engineering at nit Warangal but I couldn't get a seat there. I was also getting ece in iiit jabalpur and cse in spit mumbai but I decided to take iiit pune cse over it.
