- Since the hostels and campus are new there are issues related to internet, water supply and others
- The area where the campus is built is far from the coty
- It's tough to find food delivery restaurants here especially at night
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite accurate for any given course and yes there are projects, presentation s and lab works which train students for real world problem solving. But you can't just depend on the courses taught in college, it's better to develop other skills along with the course
Internships Opportunities
I'm not sure about internship stats but you can find internship opportunities on your own during semester breaks and build some nice projects during the free time. Third year students may be more aware of the internship stats and opportunities
Placement Experience
Most students get internships when they are in 4th year here. As per 2025 placement stats the highest is 45 lpa and average is 17.12 lpa. On campus placement rate was 38 percent anf you can check the other stats on the college's official site.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly tution fees for the students who joined in 2024 is 1,36,750+1,37,000. The hostel fees are 71,000 per annum and 40,000 for mess. Development fees are 12,000. I'm not aware of the category specific fees. The ones given above are for general category.
Campus Life
The annual fest of the college is ICONCLAVE and there are many other events held throughout the year like E-summit, Eklavya (sports event) and others. Library has all necessary books for the courses, and the labs also have most equipments required for the practicals.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms are small and 4 students are there per room. Some rooms have balconys while others just have windows. Mess food is just average, it can improve. There are common bathrooms and the hostel staff and all are strict about timings and many activities are restricted especially at night
Admission
I had applied in JOSSA and CSAB councelling to join this college. Other than the colleges there I also applied for DAIICT and could get there with my jee mains score but I withdrew from it since I wanted to go for a government college and ofcourse the tag of a IIIT matters
Faculty
Most faculty members are friendly and supportive here. One of the best faculty members here is Jatin sir, the way he teaches and also entertains during lectures makes him the favourite of all. I wouldn't like to specify the names of any members I disliked here.
Night Life
The hostel timings are 7am to 11pm for boys and 7am to 9pm for girls. 4 nightouts are allowed per month. Something which I feel needs to be changed here. The gym, cafeteria and all are yet to be made since it's just been a while our new campus has started
