Remarks

It was an amazing day when I got the chance to study here. I got it in the 3rd round of counseling before that I wanted to study In Heritage Institute of Technology. Then, I changed my decision to study here and my department has a lot of scopes in the near future. It is a branch of chemical engineering and I expect to gain a lot of things from this college. The faculty, library, placements, surroundings are really amazing.

It was good actually and we have to study thoroughly all the subjects and follow the guidance of our teachers, then it will be easier for anyone to clear any paper. We need to be attentive throughout the class and the faculty is just amazing and clears each and every doubt of the students and makes us understand everything easily.

Fees and Financial Aid

Till now I'm just a student of this college, studying in 2nd yr Food Technology. But, I expect that I'll achieve my dream one day. The cost is more or less the same as the other private colleges in West Bengal. Techno Main Salt Lake is the 3rd best private college in West Bengal, so we have a lot of expectations from this college.

Campus Life

There are more than 10 clubs in our college and I would like to mention the names too - Samaritans NSS club, Eclectica, Samarth quiz club, Technotkarsh sports club, Hunar Ke Nawab, Ankuran Anakhronos, Geekonix, Foveon and many more. There are many fests which are conducted by the different clubs at different times of the year, mostly EDGE conducted by Geekonix is the 2nd largest fest in our country (June or July mostly) , Filanthropia conducted by Samaritans, Saviskara conducted by Hunar Ke Nawab ( August or September) Sports is available in a broad way, all sports indoor & outdoor. The library facilities are also amazing. We can avail each and every book from the Library.

Placement Experience:

The Students here can apply for CDC Placements in Final Year and if I tell about B.Tech. Specifically then in 7th Semester of their course. Many prominent companies visit here for recruiting the brilliant minds like Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Intel, Qualcomm, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, IBM, Texas Instruments, Tata Steel, L&T, Bajaj Auto, Flipkart, American Express, Infosys, Wipro, PwC....and many more. There isn't any data provided by our institute to us stating of the highest and average package by particular comapanies and the profiles offered. But I can tell you of my department's 2023-24 CDC Placement drive: We had the highest no. of offers that is 128. Highest offer made was 1.4Cr INR pa and Median and average package offered were 21-22 lakhs pa and 25-26 lakhs pa respectively. almost 87% students had got placed in the last placement season. The 2024-25 Placement season isn't over now, but till Dec 2 2024, again we had the highest no. of offers that is 20. If I talk about my future plans, I want to go into reasearch in VLSI Industry in future as the VLSI is Tech of the future.

I took admission in this college because the fees of this college is too low almost 5.5 lakh for the entire 4 years course. I thing this fees is affordable to eveyone. I do not applied for any other college. I had taken admission through the WBJEE exam merit card. I had rank 18k in this exam. And by the counseling i got this college. The admission procedure has gone soo smooth. I didn't face any type of problem in admission.
