Remarks

I had not applied to any other college. I had just shifted in Delhi near ANDC so I took admission there. I didn't avail qouta as well. The Delhi University had announced its cutoff and i met the percentage criteria and i took admission here then. No counseling day is provided in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because my father is in auditing and i wanted to get into auditing as well because it seems very interesting. The faculty student ratio in the college is about 1:18 which leads to proper attention to all the students, The faculty is very knowledgable and makes the subject learning very fun for everyone. Exams are conducted twice as per the DU regulations and they are easy to pass

Class Size: 49Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees in this college is only 8000 per annum which is very very cheap according to me. No hike in prices are seen in the last 10 years which is very good. No financial assistance or scholorship is provided by the college which is very justfied because the fees is already very low in the college.

Campus Life

Copromaze (Annual fest) is conducted every year by the commerce society in the college in which students of all the other DU colleges come which makes the competition pretty rigorous. Books are available in the library and 24/7 wifi is already provided. Classrooms were not upto the mark,i.e., very dirty with broken furniture. A very big playground is available and sports is highly promoted.

Yes our college provides placements to the student and the students who are in their final semester(6 semester) are eligible for the placement. The companies which comes to college are Kpmg, dillote, Ey, bain and company etc. The average package is around 9 lakh and the highest package is 36.5 lakh.

Students of 3rd semester become eligible for campus placements. Companies like pwc, EY, deloitte has visited our campus and offered packages according to the competency of student. 35-40% people do get placements. My plan after getting the degree is to move abroad and pursue ACCA.

Hansraj college- A blessing

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is really relevant and comprehensive. For eg in bcom we study business law, company law, Human Resources management, marketing, financial and corporate accounting, finance, busines maths, stats, income tax, cost accounting, economics as ge so all these are really great well structureda and do have real life practical applications therefore i think my course is really very well aligned and comprehensive in terms of the business world.

ANDC= The most average old school type campus life

Good for science courses but infrastructure and surrounding area is not good

I got admission to this college through cuet. I only applied to colleges of DU. Rather than ANDC I applied to Hansraj college of Delhi University but I did not get admission because my marks did not clear the cut off score of that college as Hansraj college is of North campus and has high cut off score.
