Good for science courses but infrastructure and surrounding area is not good

Course curriculum includes programming languages like python Java and c++ that makes a student industry ready. I chose this course as it develops programming skills that is good for Corporate field. Improvement in teaching methods should be more lab classes than theory ones. Exams are held per semester with average difficulty level.

I did not do any internship till now as I am a first year student only so I don't have much idea. But there are some government internships offered for students who have a good cgpa like 8.5 or above.

Campus placements are average. There is a placement cell in our college that is mostly run by students only. Average placement package is 3 to 4 LPA. Companies like Wipro, TCS that visits our college for placements. 5 and 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. 60 to 100 students per year get placements.

As it is a government approved college so fees is not very much . I paid total 31000 for my 1st year general category. And also there is examination fees per semester. This fees is based upon the practical subjects we have choosen so it is upto 1500 to 2000 per semester. If we have more practical subjects the amount increases

The annual fests of our college is Leothrix which is a 2 day program in which first day compititions are held and then dj night. No big singer celebrity come to perform like other du colleges which is not good.Overload ++ is the technical fest of Computer science Turing society. Various societies are also there in college like Enactus which is a non- profit organisation and also there is dance society Myra and debating society Tarq and drama society dhwani. Sports facilities are limited and not very good. Books are easily accessible in the library.

I got admission to this college through cuet. I only applied to colleges of DU. Rather than ANDC I applied to Hansraj college of Delhi University but I did not get admission because my marks did not clear the cut off score of that college as Hansraj college is of North campus and has high cut off score. My college is a south campus college if you have an average cuet score around 400 out of 800 you can get admission to this college.

Facilities of the college is nice and helpful. They provide study materials like notes and previous year questions for students to study well for the exams. Some teaching staffs are rude and do not give marks in internal. They prefer attendance more than students scores in tests. Exams are held per semester that are difficult but not very much. Mostly students passed the exams only those who skipped the practical or theory exams are failed.

Our college does not provide hostel facilities so outside students have to live in pg or rented flats. Locality is not safe for roaming around late at night specially for girls. There are famous hangout places like CR park, iskcon temple, Lotus temple and many more.
