Wanna know about the college.

7The college that I'm currently studying in is the best for my course. It had always been on my top preference. The NIRF Ranking of Hansraj college is 3, which the other two colleges not offering my course. So Hansraj had always been my first preference. I had applied in other colleges as well which had a lower preference, however i got my first preference in the first round of counselling so i did not really get a rejection from other colleges. The reason is kept Hansraj on my first preference was it's NIRF ranking over the years compared to the other colleges offering the same course. The admission process is quite simple. First of all, you have to write the CUET exam, following which apply in DU via the CSAS portal. After that the university allots you a college based on your course and college preference that you have to submit. So it is very important that you make the preference list wisely in order to get a good college in addition to scoring good in the CUET exam. For all colleges of the Delhi University, applicants are accessed on the basis of the Common University Enteance Test, the CUET. There are no other parameters except for this, no interview, GD or anything else. Other colleges like Ashoka, have these other parameters including an extensive application, interviews, and so on. I did not apply to any other colleges as DU was my first and last choice. The admission process is first we have to appear for CUET examination after that we have to fill the form DU publishes. Then we have to select our subject combinations, make preference list and submit it. After the results, we are alloted the college and course we are eligible for.
