Likes

I actually liked the theatre society because it's very nice and successful
I liked enactus while the air might be toxic in the society it can teach you alot
I liked the college crowd as most people in my class are very good

Dislikes

I disliked the canteen and it's food ,it's a waste of money
I disliked that in summers due to maintenance the light was cutt and we were giving sem 2 exams we had to do it without fans
The thing that u dislike the most is that the college does have placements

Course Curriculum Overview

I believe my curriculum is extremely relevant it can make you industry ready if you just utilise every resource available. There qreclass tests every week ,then ofcourse continuous assessment,internal assessment,then before semester exams there is external assessment and practicals

Class Size: 74Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

So there are not many fees but I had to pay 33000 rupees in the first year around 30000 in second year that i currently am in so it get a bit lower every year the course is off 4 years ,exam registration fee is 1800 per semester,fees of bcom is 14000 per year but science courses are more expensive

Campus Life

Campus life is nice ,there are a ton of fests,theatre society is nice, diwali mela and dandiya night are also very enjoyable,and most of friends people in my class are decent so it fun to hang out with them.

Admission

Science courses usually get a lower cut-off but computer science is comparatively competitive as only a few good colleges offer it I got satyawati ,deshbandhu and hansraj but either the college or the course was not to my liking this was a decent college with a nice course I chose it

Faculty

Faculty is nice they are approachable,helpful and supportive there is only semester exam if you exclude subject wise tests and class tests,i cannot reveal the names of people i liked and disliked but most of them are good

Night Life

Govindpuri is not a good place for night life but around my college if you take metro there are many places if you are ready to travel 30 minutes in metro as it's near South Delhi and faridabad, and both of those places have some hidden or unhidden gems if you just make a Google search

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester student are eligible to sit for campus placement . The placement cell of Sri Venkateswara College is good and brings some big names like big 4 for placement The highest package was around 24+LPA and average is around 7-8 LPA for a variety of courses . I plan to start working after my degree and have plans to pursue masters after some work experience

Hansraj College: A 3 Dimensional Review

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of Hansraj College is quite active. You are eligible to sit for campus placement offers from 5th semester onwards. Companies like Deloitte, capgemini arw frequent recruiters for several posts and positions. The highest offered package is somewhere around 22000 with the average being at 700000-800000. Not all students get placed on campus, however thr hands on training and learning makes you industry ready, making you eligible amd worthy to apply for off campus placement opportunities. Many students prefer not to sit for campus placements and rather opt for higher studies after graduation. I plan to do the same after getting my undergraduate degree.

Life in RAMJAS

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum is highly relevant. It covers fundamental and advanced concepts of zoology , which was the main reason I choose this course. Subjects like human physiology, biochemistry, biomolecules, comparative anatomy of vertebrates, animal behaviour, ...etc. are highly interested and align with my interest. Practical components help in developing and understanding concepts more clearly. However, real world applications is limited. Curriculum prepare students well for further academics for PG or other competitive exams. Exam system is conducted at regular intervals with Internal assessment and semester end. Timings are appropriate . Difficulty level is moderate to high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics at Hindu College, the curriculum follows the latest DU UGCF?2022 structure, so it covers both strong theory and some modern applications. The main reason to choose this course is the depth in core areas like Calculus, Algebra, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Probability, which builds a very solid base for higher studies like M.Sc, data science or research. There are six semesters with continuous internal assessment plus end?semester exams, so students study regularly instead of only before finals. ANDC= The most average old school type campus life

Good for science courses but infrastructure and surrounding area is not good

I got admission to this college through cuet. I only applied to colleges of DU. Rather than ANDC I applied to Hansraj college of Delhi University but I did not get admission because my marks did not clear the cut off score of that college as Hansraj college is of North campus and has high cut off score.
