Remarks

I had applied to Nmims Bangalore and I got admission there but I left because it was very far away from my place and my parents wanted me to study in Delhi. Delhi University announced the cutoffs and my board result met the criteria so I took admission here. Minimum marks were 93% on boards. There was no counseling day.

Course Curriculum Overview

All my friends had been taking admission in this course and it has a great scope in future so I also chose BCom Hons. The faculty in the college is very knowledgeable and friendly. They even have youtube channels for students in case anyone missed the classes. The faculty-to-student ratio should be around 1:20. Term exams are conducted twice a year and they are very hard to pass and need a lot of studies.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 6965 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There has been no hike in fees after I joined the college and I don't know about any hike in fees before that. The cost to study is just 7000 Rupees per year which is very cheap according to me. No scholarships or financial assistance is provided and I feel it is justified as well because the fees already are very low.

Campus Life

The commerce society of the college organizes the annual fest of the college named "Corpomaze" and it is a very fun event and students from all over the Delhi university come and participate in it. The campus has very good wifi and a great library where all the students sit during examination time. Classrooms are not up to the mark and are very dirty. However, the playgrounds cope with the classrooms as they are spacious and provide a great hangout space.

Yes our college provides placements to the student and the students who are in their final semester(6 semester) are eligible for the placement. The companies which comes to college are Kpmg, dillote, Ey, bain and company etc. The average package is around 9 lakh and the highest package is 36.5 lakh.

Hansraj college- A blessing

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is really relevant and comprehensive. For eg in bcom we study business law, company law, Human Resources management, marketing, financial and corporate accounting, finance, busines maths, stats, income tax, cost accounting, economics as ge so all these are really great well structureda and do have real life practical applications therefore i think my course is really very well aligned and comprehensive in terms of the business world.

ANDC= The most average old school type campus life

Good for science courses but infrastructure and surrounding area is not good

I got admission to this college through cuet. I only applied to colleges of DU. Rather than ANDC I applied to Hansraj college of Delhi University but I did not get admission because my marks did not clear the cut off score of that college as Hansraj college is of North campus and has high cut off score.
