Remarks
in the admission process, I had to login into the du portal ( du.ac.in ) and from there I had to register myself by providing my board roll number and enter my marks in respective subjects and later on I was asked to upload my mark sheet too. When the first cut off was released I applied for my college from the portal itself and it didn't ask me to provide any more details. the process was smooth. I neither had to upload TC nor any other document. After 1 day my admission got approved after the authorities cross checked the authenticity of the details provided by me. Few weeks after I received a mail from my college to join the WhatsApp group.
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum is average, it's not enough to land into a better future. I would recommend you to do a MBA after it or it's good if you doing CA or any other course along with it. I chose this course because i wanted to MBA after it and i was recommended by my seniors and mentors that BCOM(H) would be the best choice , though i woul recommend you to do BBA or BMS if you want to pursue MBA after college.
Internships Opportunities
Colleges provide you with great internship opportunities with a decent stipend but due to pandemics, not enough internships are being provided by the college but still, there are a plethora of opportunities.
Placement Experience
Placements are not so good, what I have got to know from my seniors. Honestly, I am not a big fan of getting placed just after a college degree, I would seriously recommend you to do any specialised course after undergraduate. If you want to get placed in a good company like EY and KPMG then I would recommend you to get off campus placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
the fees structure of this course is too less or I would say negligible. In just INR 23,000 you will be getting a great experience of three year experience of college life. I consider this value for money. Also if you are coming from any other state you have to rent a PG here which is not so costly, monthly charges of PG vary from 3000 to 8000 here so, you can select accordingly. I don't know much about scholarships here but have heard that college provides scholarships to students.
Campus Life
Campus life is good. There is a big and centrally air conditioned library, also we have a big sports ground, canteen is not so good, there is a cool place to sit and chill in the college with your batchmates( near the office area), we also have an incubator cell, sports room, volleyball court, drama society room, various clubs room and a seminar hall. Classes are like government schools, not the smart classes you are thinking of. Our campus is not so big but decent enough. The crowd is okay, not as per my expectations, there is a mix of people from different parts of India, mostly from Faridabad and Delhi but I have other friends also who belong to other parts of the country as well.
