Entrance Preview

It attempted JEE-mains but couldn't qualify. I then wrote KCET and got the above mentioned college through it. I got a rank of 28474 n got a government allotted seat in this College.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose my course over my passion and I would is the best as far as my knowledge. Has got great structure for its focus and extra researching team over it. I find that there is a great scope for my chosen professional course. I choose Mechanical engineering.

Internships Opportunities

No, my college doesn't provide any internships and I say it's a drawback of my college. We students Need to take up internships on our own outside without any preference to college.

Placement Experience

There is Good job opportunities through our college ! But very less for a Mechanical engineering student!! But overall it has got a great demand and response!! Companies like Wipro,TCS,Mercedes-Benz,Infosys walk in for placements! Over all its pretty good!

College Events

There is one such big event celebrated in our college. Every year in the month of April we have a Cultural fest -"Odyssey".It has got a great potential though. Many other small event like Yoga day, Blood donation camps,Social day etc are celebrated.

Exam Structure

We have exams after each module. And labs after completion of Half of them. It's not too hectic but still after all being a student I say exams do really. We have got finals after every 5-6 months completing our semester. The exams are conducted in very systematic manner.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is course specific and and we have four CO's - Course Outcomes where CO1 - Deals with theoritical knowlege, CO2 - Deals with applying the knowledge to modern tools and techniques , CO3 - Deals with evaluation and analysis, CO4 - Deals with formualtion and product development. More knowledge on real world problems and solutions can be provided. Timing os exams is 2 hrs for internals and 3.5 house for the final SEE and difficulty level is 3 out of 5

Placement Experience:

RVCE is known for its Placement oppertunity itself .Students get eligible after 5th or 6th semester. The highest package went to 97 lakh per anum but the average is 15 to 25 lakh per anum , it can go beyond if talent and skill sets are extraordinary . there are many top companier like google, amazon , flipkart , JP Morgan , intel , Bosh ,Rolls royce ,TCS , INFOSYS and list goes on with top companies CGPA should be atleast 7.5 to sit for placements
