Remarks

I think I don't have any bad remarks for my college, those were the best days of my life.

Entrance Preview

BITSAT, College got 13 rank all over India and it carries 1st rank for MCA.

Course Curriculum Overview

I think it is perfect and covering all important subjects, even few subjects which are not taught in any other institution, are available here. Its really best place to do your masters in computer applications from here.

Internships Opportunities

The general stipend offered is around 8k and experience was really good , We got chances to sit in many internship offers and theire were so many companies to select according to our wish and requirement.

Placement Experience

As we know its birla, bulk of companies come here to offer you job. We almost got all companies, package starts from 3 lakh and go up to 20-25 lakh.

College Events

We got number of celebrations here, cultural functions, technology function, annual function, sports days and many more. Workshops, diwali celebration and holi celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees of the college is bit high, as it is deemed university but still it worth it. I paid around 5 lakh total fees for MCA. But this the total fees, after this you don't have to pay anything else.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't availed any but their is scholarship facilities for toppers and gold mesalist. Whole fees get discounted if you are the topper.

Campus Life

Campus life is too good, it's really awesome to live in 800 acres campus, with natural beauty and all facilities. Sports complex and canteens. Campus life is too good here.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility are too good you get single rooms and mess food is awesome, you get both veg and non-veg. Hostels are very big and are very clean with terrace.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is great, we got our own portal of alumni and senior are very supporting since colleges days. And they never tried ragging type silly things on anyone.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is good and very systematic, labs are really good with latest systems and equipments. We got grading system and exam pattern is also next to perfect.

Faculty is highly qualified and got years of experience ,plus they are actually very helpful and polite, and so concerned about students studies plus they also take care of students personally

In our college placement companues was visited definitely but they had not provided at highest packages to anyone. from the 5th semester they started their process and upto last semester they select some candidates and some did not. Average packages in our college its around 1.5 LPA to 2.5 LPA and the providing companies are like :- zomato, swiggy, wipro, Tech Mahindra etc.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell was also made in our college and after semester 5th recruitment agencies are approaching to campus for campus placement of the students but not in high number of placement companies are available for highring. Zomato, Swiggy, Ekart, Techmahindra etc types of companies are hire students for their companies. And they gives not much high packages i.e. 2.4 to 2.6 LPA to overall students. Percentage of students hired was less After graduation degree my vision was to proceed for higher degree for good future.

An government college which is budget friendly

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I have some vision for carrying this out. Also, I have done BCA before this and the skills are not upto the mark, and my previous good college has not provided any campus selection boot. The current faculty are well educated and experienced. You will feel familiar with them. But some are strict too. Well, that's what a familar looks like. Exam difficulty is determined by the course/syllabus and the amount of preparation you put in. The bad thing is that sometimes the examination gets postponed for some reason, and that is not good for students.

Remarks:

the campus is huge with lush greenery which has its own charm but is in the outskirts of the city which has its own pros and cons. it is a quiet place with some mesmerizing scenes but being in the outskirts one has to travel some distance for many chores.

I had NIT Raipur Chemical Engg, rejected it because I didn't like the campus amenities of the same, zero sports facilities, they play Football on a Red Soil literally. I got this in CSAB and hence it was a better ranked college than NITRR, i've heard of people opting a lower preferred branch in BITM over a branch in NITRR such the brand value of the college. I scored pretty avg in JEE 58k rank so wasn't eligible for all the clgs anyhow. Admission process is pretty simple JOSSA and CSAB. Admission experience is obviously good because why would a clg not welcome a laxmi lol jk....Read More

Actually This college was in my list but as a last option as i was getting RVCE and BMS few reputed colleges of bangalore but my parents insisted for this college as this college carries a good brand name of BIT,Mesra.
