Remarks
I had applied for mithibai, NM,HR KC ,Jay Hind ,sydenam colleges. The process of admission was online and simple. I got selected in first list of mithibai college I have applied for NM college but the percentage minimum criteria was 93% and in mithibai college I got selected at 92% in first list.
Course Curriculum Overview
There were 4 exams,2 unit tests and 2 semesters unit tests were of 20 marks each, and the semester was 50 marks. In the unit, the test paper was of MCQ type and in the semester it was a theory paper. The faculty was very good and knowledgeable. The papers were very complex and tough. The teachers teach by smartboard.
Internships Opportunities
The stipend depends upon the type of the course and the Goodwill of the company. Most students are pursuing CA and CS . The projects depend on the type of course availed. The internship programs to good give us more knowledge about the industry.
Placement Experience
Companies like HUL Hindustan universal limited, Mahindra, Bajaj, Dabur, ICICI Bank, HDFC, Kotak, Reliance, Tata, L&T, and many others. The average percentage was about 70% and the minimum package was 10 lacs per annum for professional courses and 2 lacs per annum for bachelor programs. 50% of the students get placements approximately.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are very reasonable which is 35000 rupees for commerce there were many scholarship programs for girls and boys of the undercast area and backward areas. I have applied for an IT course whose extra fee was 18000.
Campus Life
There were many programs and events run by students like kshitij one of the biggest events of college in Asia. there are many health clubs, game clubs, social clubs, activity clubs, and various events like drama, English day, Marathi day, and other competitions.
