Remarks

Academics are the top priority for the college, and the administration makes sure that proper guidance is provided to each individual. Academics and Placement were the top parameters in deciding the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good, and the faculty keeps updating the courses according to the industry's needs. Various functional clubs also suggest new courses to help the students perform better in the business world.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are present and college ensures that each individual interns with the best companies. College helps the students in developing the relevant skills before the start of the internship so that you can excel during the internship.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities are present in ample amounts, especially for the marketing and finance domain. Some of the companies that have visited are Goldman Sachs, ICICI Bank, OfBusiness, GE, KPMG. The number of companies visiting, particularly for the strategy and consulting roles, is less.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Scholarships are provided to the students if you are from a particular category. And the prize money is offered to the topper for every term and the whole year. One can avail the bank loans for financing their education.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is excellent. All around the year, various cultural and social activities are conducted by the various clubs and committees. Hostel infrastructure is excellent, and new hostels are being constructed with all the facilities. Since hills surround the campus, the campus is full of scenic beauty.

Hostel facilities are excellent. Each hostel is equipped with washing machines, a water dispenser and inductions are provided for the students. Rooms are equipped with AC and almirah. Rooms are well lit, and proper ventilation is present in all the rooms.

Likes

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

The courts circulum covers the basic concept well and helps student understand the subject however some topic we love dated and there should be more focused on practical learning and industry is relevant skills. The exam are conducted regularly and are murdered difficultly over ruled the courts is useful but it can be improved by adding more hands on training and updated content

Journey in Few Words

Likes

The place is not only promoting studies they are also promoting the Talent by organising various events where they learn and develop other skills.
The Girls to Boy ration is good - 40:60.
The campus is also fine not very premium not very bad. If you're a good place in budget constraints you can opt for this.

Dislikes

They are little focused more towards money. for example when there is attendance less than 75% still if Student pay the fees they allow him to sit in exam.
Teachers can be more better. My experience with the staff is not very amazing. A lot of time i corrected some the teachers for certain topics

Placement Experience:

- Here the placements starts in the beginning of the 4 year. Campus placements are offered and it's not bad. Even we'll get some internship opportunities in 4 year before college ends - In my year the highest package is 14LPA in Mahindra

Girl over boy ratio is very less which also put impact on interaction with another gender
Teaching techniques of over faculty in my college the just scroll the pdf and tell about topics
Result delay is very common problem in my college

Form 5 th semester students become eligible for compus placement. Tcs , wipro ,infosys, jk cement, wonder cement these companies visited and they provide average package 4 to 5 lack per year. Through past record highest package is around 33 lack and average package 4 to 5 lack per year Minimum percentage for Good company is 7 cgpa . My plan after getting The degree is i go for masters in technology

Likes

Being a Government national college, the diversity is very vast and it helps us understand about the different communities and cultures.
The college provides very educated professors who help you achieve your passion and enhance your vision. They provide information regarding the books you could refer which usually doesn’t happen in other colleges or universities.
The college assigns a group of 10 students to a particular mentor who guides you not only through technical vision but also in the mental health of the student.

Dislikes

Being a south indian, I wasn’t fluent in hindi. This made a hinderence to my study life. But the professors started explaining each class in english later on after my request
The less number of placements could be an issue
The end time for girls is 10pm which is according to me a decent timing. But I think they should atleast let the parcels come past the college main gate after 10. Because the boys can collect it from there but the girls cannot.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements provided by the college. Students shall be adopting for placements in their final years. The visited companies are Apple, JP Morgan, Meesho, DE Shaw, Salesforce, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Bajaj motors and so on. Highest salary id 64LPA, average is 18.39LPA for the CSE branch. The overall percentage of students getting placed is 82% for both BTech and BArch with an average package of 13.2LPA. I shall be trying to get placed.

Fees is little bit too high but according to the facility it's pretty good
You have to be punctual or you will be sent home
Always follow rules and regulations and if you don't you will be sent back or asked to leave the college

From 6 semester you become eligible for the placement the companies visited the college are the oberoi Uday Vilas trident in many more big companies have visited The highest package after you completed the internship and get the permanent job can be around 18 lakhs per year if you go abroad hand in India you can get up to 10 15 lakhs according to your work you do in the company The percentage of students getting placement as 95% After I get the degree I get the internship from the college and then the placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exam is conducted on time. No issues with that. The difficulty can be subjected. 80% of the paper is from the syllabus that is taught. 20% can be there to test your knowledge. Total 3 exams will be there. No semester system. Final exams carry the most weight. Have 20 marks mcq and 80 marks theory.

IIM Udaipur - A great but incomplete place for a full time MBA

There is a 2 step and sometimes 3 step process for admission. First is the CAT (common aptitude test) and based on the percentile scored you get shortlisted for the interview round which is around 96 for the general category. You get selected based on the overall score with different weightage given to CAT score, Interview, work experience and X, XII and grad marks. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed institution. They should have minimum perentage of 55%. After checking eligibility, they have to take CAT, which usually takes place in month of november every year. IIM U - A mix of Emotions and a Journey to Cherish

In order to be eligible for the course, one must have a graduation degree with a minimum score of 60%. The college takes in students by considering the scores of CAT. These forms are rolled out in the month of August and the window for filling is open till September. The candidate can apply for IIM U using the same form. After filling out the form, there is a window for editing basic details which opens in the month of October. The main exam happens once a year in the last week of November. The application fee was somewhere around Rs.1800 when I had filled out the form. The candidate's CAT scores are considered for calling students in the next phase of WAT/PI.
