Remarks

It is an awsome college for your carrear.It is located in pune, so we are in the IT sector of our country.Only 2 streams are taught here which mainly focuses on IT industry. So it increases the chance of availing placements.

Course Curriculum Overview

ECE. Here faculties are quite good in their respective fields. Exams will conduct in a serious pace . Once your t1 starts you will not have time till endsem. The exams will be tough too, sometimes we only calculates aur marks just to pass in some of the subjects.

Yes, my college have some good placements since past few years.but everything due to covid has beed disturbed really badly.But we get placements online now days . As many big tech companies had to come but due to covid everything just went to online

The life at campus is quite entertaining.The weather here is always good as our college is located on one side of a mountain.you can go out or play any time you want. Our college also have various clubs for dancing,music,games etc.

Hostel is almost top notch as compared to other government college. We have almost all facilities for living but no WIFI , we need to go to college for wifi. This is the big issue rest we have seperate washrooms

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

IIIT Pune Detailed Review

This College was on my top priority as It is in the city Pune . The Emerging IT city in India . As the Name is IIIT it also attracts me . At the time of Counselling i have filled Branches in ECE of NIT and CS of IIIT . Initially i was alloted IIIT Bhopal but inn the 5th round IIIT Pune was alloted . My Parent was happy as Pune is Nice city. My College Infrastructure is Good but not as expected. If we compare my College to Private than it is far Good and all the facilites are nice. Yeah we can say that we are new but we can say that we are not less than New NIts. For Entrance in IIIT Pune You need to qualify the JEE Main Exam with Good Percentile. My experience of iiit pune

I also applied to cse at IIIT jabalpur and allahbad, and chemical engineering at nit Warangal but I couldn't get a seat there. I was also getting ece in iiit jabalpur and cse in spit mumbai but I decided to take iiit pune cse over it.
