Remarks

I didn't apply to any other colleges. I didn't apply for any quota. Admission criteria are you have 55% or more marks in Hindi and minimum age would be approx. 18 years. The admission process was quite maintained, the volunteers and teachers will help you.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

I'm interested in literature that's why I chose this course. Every department has 2 sections in each section there are approx 50 students. The teachers are very nice, they'll teach you very patiently, cover and every topic, provide you notes. Every semester hai 2 main exams internals and externals which were not that much tough if you study.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Many companies and NGOs provide internship programs. In which you have to work as a volunteer in which field you select they will provide you tasks according to your capabilities you have to do it on time and after completing it you will get Letter of recommendation.

Placement Experience

2.5

From the 2nd year, you can start applying for campus placements. Almost 50 companies visited the placement fair last year. I want to pursue my career as a Hindi teacher.

Fees and Financial Aid

First year the fees includes examination fees and other fees so the amount was approx. 17000 ,within 2nd and 3rd year the fees was up to approx. 15000 excluding examination. They also provide scholarship I didn't know exactly about it , every year they also organize placements and internship programs.

Campus Life

3

Manjari is the annual fest of DRC, they are mostly conducted in February. The library was closed for most of the time because of strike issues but it has Courses according to books which were very helpful Classes are very spacious. They have many sports and tournaments and also provide a sports quota. The main social group is NSS which volunteer in every social work, they run many drives, also there are many clubs according to the interest.

Other Applied Colleges

Ramjas college | Certificate course in Japanese language

I'm not comfortable with the classes timing which was too late

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA English Honours curriculum at DU SOL is relevant and provides a strong foundation in literature and language. The course covers diverse topics that support academic learning and critical thinking. The flexible structure is suitable for distance-learning students. Adding more practical activities, updated study materials, and interactive learning opportunities could further improve the overall course experience.
