The Board of Management is the principal executive body at UPES that is responsible for key management decisions such as approval of senior appointments, fixing emoluments, providing infrastructure, preparing annual accounts through the Finance Committee, entering into contracts, etc. The Board of Management comprises highly regarded academicians and industry bigwigs.

I had given JEE(74), BITSAT(302), UPESEAT(9967), SRMJEE(6457), VITEE(48233), BHU_CET(106). This is all I had scored in all the examination I was given.It was such a wonderful experience for me to securing a good rank or no. in all the competitive examination.And I'm profoundly saying that Why I chose UPES is that because it is Asia's first core sector university and had occupied a very beautiful place i.e Dehradun and Why I chose Computer and Science is that because it was my area of interest that's all.

My course structure mainly for Computer and technology in which all the major subject was undertaken to my course.IT sector is the growth engine of the Indian economy today. It has played an instrumental role in providing urban employment and empowering the youth of the nation this industry is linked to almost every other industry since IT services (software and hardware) are basic requirements for almost every business operation. While the IT industry empowers businesses to automate processes and eliminates the need for excessive manpower, it also generates a large no. of employment opportunities within the IT sector itself.

Yes, Summer Internships are mandatory for all graduates and post graduate students. The minimum duration of Summer Internships is 8 weeks to a maximum of six months. All students are required to make a presentation & submit the projects at the end of their internship.Every year students undergo Summer Internships across companies of repute. Students have successfully, interned with companies like L&T,GMR, ABB, DLF, Cairn, Essar, Shapoorji & Pallonji, ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, HAL, GE, Emerson Process Management, Adani Gas, L&T Infotech, Maersk Line, BHEL, NHAI, EIL etc. Prominent law firms like Amarchand & Mangaldas , Suresh a.shroff & Co, Luthra & Luthra and Khaitan & Co. also took legal students for internships.Some of the projects that students have completed through their internships have been greatly appreciated by the companies.UPES students get an opportunity to apply for fully funded research internships in Canada under the MITACS program.

The exams structures are very reliable it all gave a hectic day as you mention and a day to chilled out as well.Prosper, it takes a full-time ability and strength of student and keeps focusing on their hard word. It is not easy to maintain your grade nicely,you have to continuously make your momentum because here credit only goes to the student who makes sense with knowledge and discipline in all respective subjects as well as other activity.
