Remarks

I had dropped one year after getting a 10+2 pass out and my rank is not so good on JEE mains at that time that's why I select this college in csab I got admission in the 1st week of August I chose this course because I want to become a professional engineer. Many cultural events and fests are arranged in our college in a year. The campus has better surroundings. Caution:Girls are not allowed on campus as it not a co-educational college

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

To be frank if you want a bright future and you are studying in this college then you have to done self hard work like other colleges but in this college you got lots of free time and resources to explore your technical knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

1

No, I don't have any idea about an internship because I can not attend any internship due to the COVID19 pandemic but I had heard from seniors that GKV Haridwar provides Internship Opportunities to students of every department. Students in the final year of their studies can apply for internships. Any student who is interested to do an internship is required to apply for the same by filling out the internship application form provided by the college, for an internship in any company. After the application procedure is complete, the student needs to appear for an interview with the company he/she has applied for an internship at. Once the result of the interview is out the selected students can pursue their internship in the selected company. The average stipend is INR 2000-3000.

Placement Experience

3

All students including me are in preparation to crack comparative exams like GATE, UPSC, ese, or another state exam because in my college placement cell is so poor especially branches like ELECTRICAL and MECHANICAL are very poor as compare to placements of CSE and ECE

Fee Structure And Facilities

You have to pay Rs 77450(without mentioning about hostel fee) for one year in GVK sorry I have no idea about scholarship and financial assistance but here About 25-30% of the students from our branch got placed in good companies. Students who have scored more than 7 CGPA in their academics are eligible for placements. The highest salary package offered is around 7 LPA - 8 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is about 1.5 LPA. Many private companies are coming for recruitment. Some of them are IBM, Infosys, HCL, Airtel, Dell, etc. Most of the students got placed in IBM. Roles offered to students are mostly web developer, app developer, bug reporter, etc

Campus Life

3.5

In the present infrastructure of our campus building and mess is fine. But our hostel is 16 km far from the campus, so we need a private bus daily for up and down. The hostel is only for first-year students after first there is no confirmation for the hostel because there are only three hostels in the entire university. Wi-Fi is working, but the food served in the mess is not according to the demand. The quality of the food is not good. A doctor is available only three days a week only for two hours. There is no park to play any game

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of my relative told me that this course have large scope, and bright future so my brother applied for this course and i did this course and now i realised that it is good but they do not provide placement we only rely on our own. I think college should conduct sessional exam on time and the external exam should be conducted in 6th month. Exam are not much difficult.. they are moderate level.

Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .
