The college students are faculty are really nice and helpful in nature. Exposure to various academic and non-academic societies. Admission is totally based on a merit basis dated between June - August.
Course Curriculum Overview
Being a UPSC aspirant, this course helped me a lot. The student to Faculty ratio is 100-120 students per teacher. Teachers are MPhil Or PhD, the teaching method is both manual and digital using AVs. There are semester exams every 5-6 months of 75 marks and internals of 20 marks and 5 marks for attendance. The exams are not so difficult.
Internships Opportunities
No, the college as such does not offer any internship opportunities but we do have an internship cell that offers internship every year to students from various courses, we have an internship fair every year wherein lots of companies from all over the country come to provide internship to students.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. I am an aspiring bureaucrat so I didn't go for placement. Various companies visited and major students who apply get placed. Maximum placement is around 18-20 lacs PA. The minimum package is around 4-5 lacs PA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is around 18000-21000 depending on the course. The scholarship is for reserved category and ex-armed forces children, faculty member students only. We do have quotas for sports category and ECA category students. No scholarship for general category students.
Campus Life
We have Confluence as our annual festival every year, it's usually for 3-4 days with various celebrity artists and their concerts held in Feb Or March. We also have multiple fests conducted every year by various societies and clubs of the college like NSS, NCC, DRAMSOC, MARKUS ETC. There are around 30+ societies in the college.
