Remarks

goods of college 1. good behavior of college staff towards students. 2. good atmosphere of the college. 3. good professors at the college. 4. vast variety of extracurricular activities. bad of college 1. toilets are not well maintained. 2. canteen is really crowded and the staff is insufficient to meet the demand of the majority of students at the same time. admission process and dates there are volunteers to guide the freshers for helping their admission processes and the whole process is completing within a day. dates of admission can be seen on the official website of the college. reason for preferring this college is nearly situated in south campus, and many positive aspects of college and a royal location. I get to know about this college through my friends.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose this course because I get this in the merit and, this is the only course for which I get this college. faculty are really good and knowledgeable and show kind behavior towards students and fulfill all doubt of students during lecture, exams were really timely managed and they are not that much of hard to pass them. there are really highly qualified faculty present to address the students.

Internships Opportunities

4

yes, colleges offer many internships but there is heavy competition to avail them. the average stipend for the internship is rs 10,000 per internship and it may be work from home and maybe a field project. they basically contain online tasks and include influencing people for goods. etc.

Placement Experience

2

placement opportunities are good, but bachelor students cannot opt for placement it is for high courses like pg, I had done BA from here so I can not tell about the placements available for students, and not able to tell about companies visited and offers made.

Fees and Financial Aid

fees for the study are dependent on the course you choose, but that is not really high means it can be affordable. there are many scholarship opportunities to avail by freshers as well as old students according to their knowledge, I personally didn't avail any.

Campus Life

4.5

life is very smooth at the campus, I didn't face any major problem during my whole course duration, there is a very interesting function that happens annually known as rhapsody in which they arrange a singer every year to come to campus and the whole day was just amazing. the college library has a good book collection and one can issue books through the librarian, the bookkeeping duration is of one week, and one can reissue the same book if no other student is not opting for that book. The classrooms were really good and fully airated i personally didn't feel any discomfort in the classroom. the college contains many sports activities like football, volley ball, table tennis, race, boxing, weight lifting, chess, etc. extracurricular includes- yoga, ncc, dance, singing, acting, nss, etc.

Other Applied Colleges

ignou | BLIS

because it doesn't have BLIS course.

Placement Experience:

placement and internship fares are regularly conducted on campus where various companies which are mostly start-ups visit to recruit students for internships and entry level roles. Students become eligible for internships from the first year itself. placement opportunities are generally available after the completion of the full degree and only final year. Students are eligible to apply for full-time rules. last during our last internship and placement fair over 20 companies visited and recruited almost 150 candidates. There are no separate records distinguishing internship from placement. The highest package reported for economics honours is around 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is approximately five lakhs per annum. As per my future plans,I intend to pursue a masters degree after completing my undergraduate course.

For USME, FMCG and Financial companies are the ones which are put in place. The only reason is that those are the companies where we can add value and placements of both courses of USME happens together and combined if I say around 75% students are placed. My plan though is to join GIPE after my graduation ends this year.

DTU because East campus is more known for USME placements revolve around us. Now core companies of our sectors are the ones that deals with finance, insurance or stocks. So nearly 20-30 companies of that space or sector hires over 100 students of BAE every year.

Many companies come as ever since USME has been installed at the east campus the tie-ups with the brands happened before that. So we were etaught accordingly the war corporate wanted us and that is how this has been done with solid precision and thus our placements have never jolted.

Our college has a very active and effective placement cell. Major companies like Goldman Sachs, Bain among many others come on campus for not just placements but also internships. Average and Median packages are between 8 and 10 lakh per annum, with highest packages going up to 25 lakhs. Many also go for postgraduate education, such as MBA after CAT, or to reputed colleges like the DSE for MA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Too vague to understand, feels extra burden of unnecessary irrelevant topics , extra papers like SEC/VAC simply add to the burden while barely providing with any skills and values as their name suggests . Studying them and preparing for exams add extra stress and unnecessary burden on them , diverting their focus from their core papers , which are already too huge and they study materials or readings simply fail to assist . Areas for improvement would be - proper structured study materials , also proper structured practical subjects / papers for students where they can actually learn or gain knowledge/skills which will be advantageous in their future .
