Remarks

Good is very reputed in Kolkata and also very well known for commerce subjects. You have to first fill up the form and as per me, you have to at least score 80% to get admission here. Very competitive college. My tution teacher suggested about this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm very interested in finance so I choose the subject. The Teacher-Students ratio is about 1:35. Teachers are very helpful and most of them are a doctorate in their subjects. Exams held in semesters and it is easy than yearly exams. Exams are very tough and hard study required.

Class Size: 46Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Placement Experience

It is a government college. So there is no campusing. After passing out you can get jobs in any companies' finance and accounting department. But college is very affordable and valuable for money. I'll do M.Com after this.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike. The cost of the study is 25k as in total. You must have to go for tution if you enrol in these colleges. Any type of student grants and central and state government scholarships are available for every student. Most students fund their tution fees with grants and aids.

Campus Life

The campus is very beautiful and the annual fest held in winter. The classrooms are very clean and good. We have a good playground which you can not see in a CU college. Sports competitions held in January. Much social work like traffic management and tree plantation held in our college.

Placement Experience:

Idk but i guess students become eligible from 2nd or 3rd sem. Idk what is the company visited but the placements are very good i heard that, avg package varies 2.4 lpa I guess. Right now i am doing internship so as of now i don't have plans.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

In our college generally students get placement before the last semester exam. Lot of companies visits our college and give many placement offer opportunities to the students. The highest package was 6 - 7 LPA and on average it generally ranging from 2 to 3 LPA. The best college for professional course students

Placement Experience:

Various companies come to this college for on campus placement Average package= 1000000 Highest package=2200000 Various multi national company and other big and small companies visit this college for on campus placement. Most of the students also get placement opportunities whether large or small package The opportunity is given to all degree whether it be bcom or bcom hons . Any student who does not get placed can easily use the degree to get a high paying off campus placements and to go to any good college or stay in this college for their post graduation.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

There was only 3 better colleges I couldn't apply to. They were St.Xaviers Kolkata, Goenka and Maulana Azad. Seth Anandram Jaipuria College is among the top 5 colleges and is well known. It is also the best college in North Kolkata, some might not agree to me though. The deciding factors for me were very low fees, decent quality teachers, and the most important, quality of crowd and reputation of the college.
