Remarks

Campus is great, college infrastructure was really superb and and it has pretty well brand image outside, and it does record good amount of placements in the past previous years and the package is also pretty good

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes it really good and easily understanding teachers are supportive and there will be more number of case studies to get the industry experience how does it work and all. Yes i would rate really good interns of academics

Yes, i m doing my internship with Digital Investo, as a managing head intern wjere my work is there to handle all the operations which going on in organisation on daily bases

Placement Experience

Yes there are many companies who visits and some of them are mcafee, kpmg, amazon, tcs, phonepe, cleartax etc

College Events

Its really pretty big,as our college is built on hill. And there are 2 auditorium and we do celebrate karnataka rajyotsava as festive and there will be finance and marketing fests too and cultural ones too.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes it is but im not completely aware of that, because i come under General merit so yeah some of them really got some pretty amount

Campus Life

The infrastructure i amazing there's separate building for each amd every department and there two auditorium, one is pretty big, and theres a TEDx talk show also organises every year, theres a basket ball, football court and there 4 or 5 canteens

Hostel Facilities

No i dont know as i stay in the pg out side of the college because that seems to be cheaper than our college hostel fees, so yeah i really donno how are the facilities over there, but the food is not really good.

Placement Experience:

My days in RGUHS

Placement Experience:

Students were eligible for campus placements through 3rd year final exams. Various hospitals like Columbia Asia, Manipal, Asian Hearts, Max Hopital offered placement to our Students with an average package of aroung 3 to 4 lakhs. Around 25 Students got placement on campus interviews in different hospitals. My plans are to persue for higher studies after my degree and I'm looking forward to it.

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

My honest review: College life, curriculum and career preparation

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it around 8/10 for relevance and comprehensiveness. I chose this course because it offered solid foundational subjects that aligned with my interests. The curriculum prepares students well for higher studies and provides decent exposure to lab techniques. However, for real world readiness, it could be improved. Teaching methods are mostly theory-heavy and would benefit from interactive approaches. Exams are moderately difficult and conceptual clarity and regular revision helps in scoring well.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

Dayanand sagar college of engineering overall review

I only applied for dayanand sagar university and got a seat there in electronics and telecommunication but chose not to go there because of the how far the campus is and it's comparatively worse than dayanand sagar college of engineering For management you have to have a good 10th and 12th result and you have to pay the fees but most of the students come from KCET and a few come from Comedk...Read More

Review Of Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering.

I choose this college because of the location and the placements. The college is 45 years old and has a good connection in the industry. The placements are also decent. The location of the college is really beautiful. One will find all the necessities near and around the college itself. I didn't perform well in my jee examinations, but my comedk exam went well, so I came to this college. There are 3 ways to take addmission in this college. 1st is through Comedk exam which is for all the students, inside and outside Karnataka, 2nd is through the KCET exam which is only for the Karnataka students . I took admission through Comedk, it's available online, you can attempt after or while appearing for your 12th Board exams. No reservation, as I'm from north and general category student.
