What Students Say

Likes

Teaching is good. Most of the lectures have doctorate and they are well approachable.
Alot of academic related programs are scheduled. We get alot of insights from seminars and webinars.
Examination and evaluation process is good and quick. The results are published on time.

Dislikes

Infrastructure. Especially washrooms are not up to the mark.
Lack of co curriculum activities for mba course
Lack of scolership facility from college end.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course provides alot of expert talks which gives insights about how the real world is . The course can add on hands on experience workshops. We have internal assessment everymonth and end sem external assessment.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placement for our batch started from 3rd sem. 1 company has visited that is LSEG. The company avg package of 5LPA. The results of the interview process is still not been announced. My plan is to get placed in a good company soon after completing my mba.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for mba under pgcet quota is 3lakh for 2 years and Management seat is 9 laksh for 2 years. There's no scholarship or financial aid available. Fees can be paid in installment for management quota students. And pgcet students have to pay in 1 installment.

Campus Life

There's 2 library available. One's in mba department exclusively for mba students and the other is the clg main library. The books and journals are available and even we have E-library which is accessible through phones. Mba course doesn't have sports or extra curriculum activities.

Admission

I came through pgcet quota. I got 2052 rank. Under my rank i applied to few colleges under which in first round i got presidency college but due to mixed opinion about the college and placement i denied to join. In second round i applied to RNSIT bz of its social media presence.

Faculty

The facilities are well approachable. Dr Arpitha maam, she is well approachable and understands the student situation and is been the best support system . Faculty i didn't like is Meena Devi maam. She's rude and she doesn't understand the situation and acts however she wants. Examination we have 3 internals and 1 external exams per sem. The exams are relevant to the course.

Night Life

My favorite spot is the temple which is located inside the college campus. It gives us positive energy. We have cafeterias to hang out. The campus is also huge. We have gym facility timings is 4:30pm to 6pm

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd semester. I visited Tree Hub. The percentage of students getting placements is 100% for its pg courses. After getting a degree career plans includes entering a reputed company or having a work experience.

Campus placement start in the final year companies like IBM Wipro and Infosys conduct dries and offer technical and support roles the highest salary of it is around 6 LPA and the average packages about 3 LPA placement support is satisfactory I plan to purse you a job at IBM

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

I chose RNS Institute of Technology because it has a good reputation in Bangalore for engineering, especially for placements and teaching quality. Compared to other colleges I considered, RNSIT offers a good balance of academics, infrastructure, and campus environment. It is also more affordable compared to some private colleges. I had applied to a few other engineering colleges through KCET, but based on my rank and cutoff, I got EEE at RNSIT, which is a good option. The college has better infrastructure and placement opportunities compared to many similar colleges. The admission process was smooth. I got admission through KCET counseling. I applied to a few top colleges in Bangalore like BMSIT and Sir MVIT. I chose RNSIT over them mainly because of its strong reputation for placements, especially in the IT branch, and its green campus. I didn’t get into RVCE or PES because my KCET rank was slightly higher than their cutoffs, which are very competitive. The admission process for RNSIT is straightforward. They accept KCET and COMEDK scores, which are the most preferred exams for students. The eligibility is 45% in 12th PCM.
