Remarks
I opted for law for multiple reason, however the prime reason being the power to help the hapless people of the society. This course provides the opportunity to be a changemaker. The best thing about this college is the location of it as it gives exposure to students to many opportunities with respect to internships, conferences, Supreme Court visits which is of paramount importance to a law student. The college has also has an amazing campus and faculty. Also, the fee structure incomparison to many educational institutions is affordable. Moreover, college provides hostel with separate room within the campus which makes it quite convenient for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is quite comprehensive covering all the important areas. However, the syllabus needs to be a bit updated to cover the new legislations. We have a phenomenal criminal law teacher named Ms. Upma Gautam. She is the best faculty in the entire law school.
Placement Experience
There is placement and internship cell which was not very active earlier. However, now they are working to provide placements from top firms and some students were selected. But I would say, they are still not at par with expectations of students. And with respect to internships, our college has started providing good internships to all the law students.
College Events
We had proper societies for every activity, Music society, dance society, constitutional club, gender club, art club. And an annual event "ANUGOONJ" is organised at quite a bigger level. All the students from affiliated colleges are welcome to participate.
