Wbjee provide me and this college environment is very good and all principal teachers and staff very nice with students and college was big and they tye to give practical classes the most compare to theoretical classes

Very good I learn more thing from my college to my course related and it give me very help to understand my course better and my academic faculties all are very supportive nice and healthy atmosphere I have received from them and this is good for my course which I doing in this college

More then 70 student get job opportunity when the company are visiting our college and the company select more then 70 student from our college

Everything is very good very nice i do lots of activities in my college and campus Also very good this all thing when I do l fell more energetic and healthy life style so is all good and positive I like every moment those I spent in my college

Campus life: Hype vs Truth

I heard it from seniors that before lockdown it was pretty decent but after lockdown the company visits are not that much comapred to before lockdown.Cognizent, Accenture, Mindtree, PQ360 which is a startup company of our senior alumni etc. visits.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Students are eligible for campus placement in cse, it ,ece and sometimes elec branches. The others dpt also offers a quite unique variety of placements from different companies. Nearly 60 percent of the students have been placed in this year and others are still on board for a positive response.

I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
