This college is the most valuable college amongst the colleges of Delhi University. It offers the best faculty for all the courses and if you are a Sikh, you get to connect with a lot of people from your culture. Also, the curriculum is well planned and teachers are experienced. This college has the best crowd in the university.

The course I am pursuing is b.com program where you don't need to take up maths in class 12th. The duration of the course is 3 years and it has both practical as well as theoretical subjects. The professors are really experienced and take their responsibility of teaching seriously. The exams take place after every six months as it is a semester system. The whole affair of college curriculum is well structured.

The jobs are offered in third year when big companies like KPMG, Deloitte, PwD, and EY come to offer placements. Some companies offer mass recruitment, others don't. So it depends how many students get selected. The packages offered are really good and the placement cell- ignite works towards this. It also depends upon the calibre of the student sitting for the interview. A handsome salary is offered by these companies.

The campus life is very enjoyable. You will find people from all the walks of life having discussions all around the campus. The college has its annual fest in February- Lashkara. The most famous punjabi singers are invuted to this event. We can also attend the fests of other colleges in Delhi University. There are also other small scale events and fests by the specific departments of the college. You can play games or attend quizzes organised by these. Fest time is indeed the best time in college!

The campus has a well designed structure wherein you see all the buildings with specified departments. The auditorium is spacious and hosts many international conferences. There's also a ground where all the sports are played. The college hostel is also within the campus, right beside the Gurudwara. There are ACs in all the classrooms, which is the best thing.

I've been in the hostel since past two years. It has proper rules and regulations. The admission is done on merit basis. People usually complain about hostel food but in Khalsa hostel this is not the case. You get good food to eat. The in-time is 8pm which sometimes becomes a problem. Although the fees is a bit high, you get to enjoy facilities like hot water, laundry, common room and theres no strictness to sleep on time so you can have fun in your hostel life.
