Remarks

I opted for this college because it was quite near to my residence. It has peaceful and safe environment and provides plethora of courses to choose from. I chose this course as you will learn the importance of every subject in it. If any student has doubt in post-graduation, then they should choose this course. They will get a basic knowledge of all subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the teachers are quite helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching methodology is also modern and quite good and give us a good industry exposure. Student to faculty ratio is 50:1 and course curriculum is detailed, extensive and gets updated as per Delhi University guidelines.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are just decent, not so good. Companies do come in our college but not all the students get placed.However, college has a particular, well prepared, managed and most updated placement cell named Training and Placement cell (TPC) which organizes many sessions with various entrepreneurs. Also, students of various departments got jobs in highly reputed companies like WIPRO, LARSEN, and TOUBRO. Hence, for placements there are plenty of good opportunities but it depends on how much talent you have and how you utilize it.

College Events

Various events are organized for improving our skills, to help us excel in different fields. College also invites many reputed persons for students well-wishing and motivation. Annual fests are conducted witnessing students from across Delhi NCR.The only dissatisfying thing is the college crowd due to off-campus.

Campus Life

It has an excellent infrastructure. It is Wi-Fi enabled, has well equipped classrooms, conference rooms and spacious auditorium. Canteen is a bit disappointing but you can never fail to awe for the sprawling and beautiful campus. The hostel is only for girls. which has shared washrooms with cooking and washing facilities on every floor. Parking space is available only for the faculty members inside the campus, it has parking space outside college though for students. Sports like cricket, basketball, football, kabaddi, badminton, table tennis, athletics, etc. can be played with ease. Cultural societies have well-furnished places for work and practice.Library has many books and journals for students' and teachers' reference.

Campus placements begin in final or fourth year. So from 7th semester students become eligible for on campus placement.From 5th semester or 3rd year students are eligible for on campus internships with very good package. In Nsut all top companies like Google, microsoft ,adobe, amazon, flipkart and many more visit.Around 300 companies visit each year. Highest package in 2024 is 83lpa in cse branch and 18 lpa average.In cse placement percentage is 70%, and in ee it is lower around 40%.

After internship season gets over, placement season starts with starting from 7th semester. At the start a lot of good product based companies visit and gradually the package offered start decreasing. The placement season lasts for full one year and around 90-95% students get placed. I chose this college based on infrastructure as there wasn't much information available about this college online. Alsoz on the du official website, this college is mentioned as North campus which was a confusion for me at that time as I thought it was true but it wasn't as this is an off campus college of Delhi University. The admissions in the whole of University of Delhi is based on CUET scores. The preferences need to be filled by the students and then he/she is allotted the college according to the cit off and the scores. The subjects that need to be taken in cuet should be the same as in 12th boards. For humanities/arts courses the scores are out of 800. So, for arts courses the normal cit off for general category students are around 650, for obc students around 500 and for sc/st is much lower....Read More

MAC is magnificent!!

Same as CUET as all the colleges listed under DU has the same process. Its not that 12th percentage are ignored they too are calculated but ultimately the winner is CUET. Definitely MAC was not the first choice as it was the Hindu College but never mind MAC was good too....Read More

My personal experience of MAC

Earlier I got admission in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar college university of Delhi but Then I got this one in second round of admission. And I choose this one because of it's fee structure that is less compared to others. And for the admission you have to appear in common university entrance test (CUET) conducted by NTA then you have to apply for the admission through Delhi University's counselling process which is common seat allocation system CSAS then according to your score and college preference you'll get your admission....Read More
