Infrastructure: Infrastructure isn't that good

Course Curriculum Overview

I would like to rate my course 4 out of 5 because its a good course and helps us gain more knowledge in the tech field. Difficulty level is okayish. But i dont think that it prepares us for the real world applications

Class Size: 25Course Fees: INR 14000 per year

Placement Experience

for placements only 3rd year students can apply and the college doesn't even provide NOCs to srudent so that they can futher apply for internships. This college does provide placements opportunities but not for my course

Fees and Financial Aid

The financial aid is not provided and there are no scholarships either. The yearly fees of my course is approx 15,000. and I think it'll increse in every year. Although my college provides financial aid to EBC students .

Campus Life

My experience in Vivekananda College lies in the middle. It can bs better you know. Anuual fest takes place but it could be more better. It is because of our Principal. She stops children from doing many things.

Admission

I maily wanted to opt Shaheed Sukhdev for the BMS or BFIA course but unfortunately my marks weren't that good to get admission in that college. I gave CUET exam to get into vivekananda College and got 555 marks out of 800

Faculty

yess the faculties are easily approachable and they help us in many things and doubts. Some of them are very friendly and teach us in playful way while others are rude and not so good. exams are held every semester.

Night Life

It isn't safe to roam around our college at night. the area there is not good and is unsafe especially for girls. the locality is not safe. Gym remains locked everyday. my college doesn't provide hostel facilities.

A Students Life at the Delhi University as a Working Professional.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course at Delhi Univeristy 8 out of 10. As a student, I'm receiving offline study materials via the post, however, you have to pay around 500 rupees for the books and notes when filling the fees every year.

Very good curriculum- focus on practical approach rather than theories. The relevancy is great for sure. As a students of economics majors I am greatly satisfied with the curriculum here. People with other subjects like Political Science and History are also often offered educational trips

This course curriculum includes learning across 2 feilds like i have economics and maths and later we can continue 4th year to get hons degree . So its really gives time for a person to test himself or herself about which field to go on for as specialization. The difficulty level for this course is easy to moderate.

Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

Just an Honest Review of SRCC, DU, Hostel, Delhi...

Placement Experience:

The placements of Shri Ram College of Commerce are one the highest in Delhi Univerisity. For the session 2023-23, the highest package was 35 lpa, average package was 10.15 lpa, median package was 8 lpa and the gross placement value was 51.6 crore. There were more than 100 recruiters from more than 15 sectors, including McKinsey & Co., BCG, Bain & Co., Kearny, Accenture, Delloite, JP Morgan & Co., etc. with more than 500 offers. The Placement Cell also launched an initiative of assissting people with special abilities to secure placements and interships. As of now, I have not settled to what I am going to do after graduation.

Vivekananda College is a dream of every girl!

Hindi Hons are not offered by all DU colleges, as though my parents warned me for a girls college and top level girls colleges like the Gargi, LSR or KNC. So, with a score of 600 in UG CUET available girls college was ours. That is the procedure not just for our college but all the DU colleges. Vivekananda college true review

Firstly admission in the college are done under cuet examination we have to give that first then we have to apply for different university website for our admissions .and cuet is the only exam all the student have to give for the admissions and cuet examination experience is good as it is our first cbt based exam held . I have applied for all the Delhi university top colleges but I got Vivekananda college in my csas round 2 and got BCom hons as i wanted to be in the Delhi university so i have accepted my seat in this college I got not selected in any other college as they are having night cutoff and my marks in the cuet are little less for that under obc category...Read More

Studying in a girl's college of DU feels like...

I selected this college due to my course preference. I'm from the science stream and wanted to study Food Technology as well as English. At the time of application i had no idea how BA Program works. Now, I'm better versed in this so I'd suggest try going for a specific field if you can.
