Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is relevant to the current aspects of real world. It is also very focused on the practical component of the subject and helps us know how to apply our theoretical concepts in real life. Aspects that influenced me were: the practicality, the relatibiltiy of concepts and the testing approaches as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
My fees for the course yearly is 10,000. I have paid fees for 3 semesters till now. The fees has decreased for the second year. The amount i will be paying for the next 2 years will be 20,000. In addition to this, we pay examination fees each semester according to the subjects we choose in that semester. I have not used or got any scholarships so far.
Campus Life
The campus life has been really nice so far. The people in my department are really nice and approachable. Students of other departments are al.so friendly and the overall environment is nice. The societies and clubs in our college are really active and there is always something or the other going on in campus. The eco club of our college is very warm and nice to be a part of it
Admission
I have applied for different colleges of DU itself. I chose this college over others because it has a nice syllabus and the practical component helps students to floruish more in their field. The admission process of our college was easy as there were no problems during verification process.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is well maintained in our college. The best faculties I have come around is of Applied Psychology department. They are very approachable and always try to maintain a goof relationship with students. There are in total 8 semester exams and they are of moderate level, neither difficult nor easy. Very few fail to clear the exams. The course curriculum is relevant to the present problems in an individual's life and makes sense in real world too.
Night Life
The library and cafeteria area is very welcoming for the students druing entire day. The campus timings begin from 8:40 and ends around 5/6 in evening. The famous hangout places outside the college are bakebook bakery, counter culture coffee, cross river mall, east delhi mall, pacific mall. The area is safe to roam around at night too.
