Remarks

DU has a very well established name. And Gargi is considered to be one of the best colleges among DU. The college campus is beautiful and it in in south Delhi. The faculty is fabulous and very helping.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is good but could be reformed. The chemistry faculty was really good. Although strict, but good. The college provides immense exposure to its students and teachers also help the stuents a lot

They are good. Especially for commerce students it is really good. A lot of companies come in our college and select students for job.

It was really fun because of the fests that we had. So many sponsors sponsor our fests. There is annual fest. And other societal fests too keeping students busy and enthusiastic throughout the year. It is really fun.

Insight over college campus.

Placement Experience:

South Campus Life at SBSC

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose political science because i want to go for government exams and political science is an important subject for clearing government exams As per my info, my curriculum is very close to syllabus for exams like UPSC and SSC For improving teaching methods, projectors should be installed and implemented as it helps us to understand and see it more better The frequency of exam is twice a year as semester exam, and exam is not very tough nor too easy, it is medium level that anyone can score good marks if studied well.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligibility to sit in the placement from 5th semester and there are various companies who visited my college such as KPMG, Deloitte, Reliance, magicpin, etc. and number of offers they made were not explicitly disclosed by college and highest package was around 25 lakhs and average package is around 5 lakhs or 4 lakhs depends upon course to course and profile offered are finance, audit, digital marketer, etc. and around 70% students placed from my college and my plans after the graduation is to pursue PHD.

Hindu College was certainly the dream place and score too was enough to get admission there. However, my parents sent me to Delhi with a condition that I can apply only in Ladies college.
