Main thing abou the college is it is among the top ranked Engeneering colleges all over India. Many popular engineers have passed PEC. And secondly, it is situated in Chandigarh which is quiet refreshing for students.

Course cirriculum and faculty is excellent. All faculty members are highly qualified and as the college comes under PEC University, cirriculum is of high class.

Many companies come for picking up students for internship in thoer industry. Stipend is variable from 5000-1000 per month. There is some written test or interview for selection.

Placement oppurtunities has high scope in this college. Many reputed companies come for campus placemement. Placement record is almost 100% for 60 above CGPA.

PEC-fest is organized every year in November. It is one of the best fest in North Area. Participants come from all over India, specially delhi. Ther's one more technical fest called VYOM.

Seniors are good and friendly, whenever needed they communicate good and help juniors. Many seniors often come visit college to meet the faculty and friends on campus. Environment is very friendly at campus.

As the cirriculum is from PEC university, it sure is some high class level. But for a student sharp minded, it is okaye to obtain marks. Interview and written tests are conducted for placements. Minimum 60% marks are required for a good placement.
