Remarks

Thapar University is one of the premier universities of our country. I chose TIET because of the diverse opportunities it provides, strong alumni network, good placements, etc. Thapar also focuses on the overall development of a student not just technical aspect. I chose electronics and computer engineering because I have a keen interest in programming, iot, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wouldn't say the curriculum is up-to-date with the industry standards but we are provided enough opportunities to make up for that in terms of internships, etc. The faculty is really helpful. I wouldn't say they are the best in the world but are certainly there to help you out. One of best faculty in my experience is Dr. Ankush Pathania. He taught us mathematics 1.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 1600000 per year

Placement Experience

We have ample opportunities and some really good companies visit our campus be it Apple, Microsoft, De Shaw, Jp Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Arcesium, etc.

College Events

We have cultural and technical events going on throughout the year no compromise on that. We have bootcamps too conducted by various societies of Thapar which helps in developing basic fundamentals in a particular topic.

Life inside Synetic College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had a lot of interest in programming languages and in computer and how computer works. In future ,technology and application will be widely used . This course is appropriate for choosing according to my interest. This curriculum prepares me alot for this real world applications because future generation is totally dependent on AI tools or technology . I suggest in improvement of modernising technology, you have to focus on practicals for this curriculum. The exams are correct like starting at 9 :30 and ends at 12 :30 . Each student have different timing for their exams according to their course.

Great College for Medical Students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly I was not sure if i should do i MLS course, but after I came to this college , they cleared my vision. I don't have enough knowledge about this specific field, the montors guided me & helped me to choose the best. Now I am very happy and satisfied as being the part of MLS department. I will become a Lab technician after this course. The lab technicians plays a very important role in healthcare department. This college provides internships to practice everything. They also conducts job fairs for students such as" Umeed Job Fair "which was conducted recently in the college. The 1st year is basically is theoretical & practical knowledge, after that in 2nd or 3rd year, students gets placements.

Pros and Cons of LPU

Placement Experience:

In our course in bsc agriculture the placement is not that much that much good but in other courses like B.tech CSE in that courses there are the very high placements one of our senior get 2.5 CR package from LPU and one of our senior also get 3 crore package this is highest package and the average package of B.tech CSE is 5 to 10 lakh If the campus is not offering placement to me I will go for government exams or going for entrepreneurship also offers good package but not that much good the bsc agriculture sector wants needs more improve improvement in placement cell yeah that's all but if a person wants to do semester exchange also in foreign countries so over University will also provide some guidance to him and they will support the students to go for an exchange for foreign semester exchange programs and there are two many things also

Honest is the best Policy

I was getting addmission in some other private colleges but this was near to me and had a great rew.. Its infra and hostels are really worth it. i applied for lnmiit college jaipur . there i was expecting computer branch but did got electronics branch so i didnt went there.here in thapar it was based on jee mains percentile for addmission. computer branches were available till 89 percentile for punjab students and till 94 percentile for outside punjab students. so i had percentile of 95 so i easily got computer branch over here....Read More
