Remarks

I was not able to find any bad highlight of my college. Everything was good. My final words to college management a big big big thankyou.

Entrance name: CET i got 2000 rank in the entrance exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum and faculty are excellent. You must be very hard working and ambitious if you want to succeed in this field.Faculty gave their best to educate us and i got a good exposure and our placement is 100% campus placement.

Internships Opportunities

I did my internships in 1. kudu knit processes, ludhiana - in lab dyeing & testing2. reid & taylor, mysore - in processing unit3. jct mills, phagwara an on-job training as i got placed here and got preview of the company in last 4months of my college training.

Placement Experience

Placements were excellent 100%job opportunities were very good provided you have the caliber.

College Events

Jashan the biggest event of our college in amritsar. Students from nearby colleges also came to see the event. Students collected and spent lakhs on getting trained/ preparing for the event.

Fees and Financial Aid

The topper of our department got scholarship for the same. I didn't avail the same as i was not such a bright student.

Campus Life

Gender ratio was 50-50. Students from around the country pursued courses from this university.

Hostel Facilities

As this is a government university, the hostel fee was very less and mess food was of good quality. There were mess management teams which included students to look after the mess bills, food quality and management

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network and senior students are too good. All are interlinked and a get together is fixed every year to aware the juniors what all is going on in the industry.

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements. For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear. The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Placement Experience:

College does provide a decent number of companies to students to get placed but as per seniors Companies come with good package but students fail to grab them. Students are eligible for placement form 7th semester. As data given to us from t&p for this year currently the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is touching 8 but don't get excited it's just the starting months of placement season. My plan is to get a good college for post grad as that was my plan from the start ??

Students became eligible for placement after 3rd year. Google, Adobe, de shaw, L&T, Schneider, Amazon etc visit campus The highest package was 42 lacs and the median package is 8.1 lacs. More than 90% get placed.
