Remarks

The college is renowned for its education system and the environment is very free and friendly. I love how we are treated as adults and not just mere students here. I chose Journalism and Mass Communication because I have a keen interest in gaining knowledge about the versatility of the society and this course is a major tick to that.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was very impressed by the theoretic part; however I do wish it has more industrial exposure. We can't just learn about journalism inside 4 walls. The faculties are detailed and very interactive. Our syllabus is alright too.

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 30480 per year

Placement Experience

I am still in my first year so I don't have much experience about this field yet, however my college claims to provide placements and internships after 2nd year and also after graduation. There is a number of companies allotted for Journalism and Mass Communication.

College Events

My college hosts an annual fest, which is incredible. I wish it can hold more of such. Apart from that there are various fest invitations coming from other colleges and we are absolutely free to join them all. However, apart from the annual fest, my college does not maintain intercollege participation.

Fees and Financial Aid

There's a Kanyashree scholarship that I signed up for, in my college however there's no conversation about it, so I don't know whether that's happening or not.

Campus Life

Well, the campus is great, huge actually, good sports facilities, the size of the library is massive but there's no wifi allowance for students. There are various network issues too. My vodafone sim does not connects much and it gets a little difficult.

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

The application form is available on the college website and every other detail regarding fees and application date is available there.
