Maitreyi College, even after being a part of the South Campus, is a lone wolf. We are away from the campus life but it’s nothing that a ten rupees auto ride can’t make right. Maitreyi College has many lawns in the campus that not just serve as hang out spots for the girls, but sometimes are also used as alternatives for classrooms. The Maitreyi College campus is Wi-Fi enabled and a dream come true for all the students Owing to its posh location and being surrounded by foreign embassies, one can’t argue with Maitreyi girls about that because we know them all by heart. From photography to fashion, all our societies are awesome. Two of the many renowned societies are Zeal, the western dance society, and Abhivyakti, the dramatics society. Elections play an important role in the University of Delhi and every year during elections, the studies get disrupted for days. Be it free movie tickets or a journey to the end of the world, there is no end to the fiasco. Maitreyi being away from the campus do.

The faculty of the college is experienced and well versed in their subjects. They hold interactive sessions with the students and creates a friendly bond with their students which often eases the studies and ends the awkwardness and fear between teacher and student. The teachers leave no doubts uncleared and make sure that the students understand the concepts before moving on to the next topic. Some lecturers hold quite a high position in the university and commendable ranks. Companies like KPMG, info edge,Ernst & young and delloite and many more visit the college campus to provide placement to students. The process starts with separating the students as per their grades and then interviews are held, where they discuss their future plans, their grades, and the reason why they want to work in the specific field. More than 50% of students get placed. The seniors are quite helpful and supportive, they don't bully or conduct ragging rather help the freshers around the college campus and guide

As there are many companies which are welcomed by placement cell therefore they also provide internship offer for a different student I didn't know about other subjects but as I am a student of computer there is much company which provide internship on web designing

The fee structure is quite feasible. It does not exceed 12 thousand and differs as per course. There are no additional charges. For the b.com program, the fee is only 5016 rupees which consist of all expenses throughout the year. The fee process is conducted online as well as in the college office.
