Remarks

IISERs are new institutes whose min target is to focus on basic science and research and the one who likes to become scientist it is the best choice in India and I also want to contribute to scientific community that's why i choose iiser Mohali.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are total on average 6 courses in each semester during its 2 years where every course has on average 2 faculties and 8-10 teaching assistant. The faculties are well educated and extremely qualified. They are active researchers in their field and everyone have their own personal lab in the college. The interaction between faculties and students is very friendly.

Placement Experience

4

No active placement cell in the college but students and faculties are trying to establish a placement cell in the college and very soon iiser mohali will be having a placement cell in the college but currently there is only an entrepreneurship cell in the college.

College Events

5

Campus life is an important part of any college students' life. Our college has various science and fun activities clubs like any other college. There is near about 50-50 gender ratio in the college and there is no restriction in the college in roaming of boys and girls together.

Though college was not so much strict which was good for us it needed to be i think colleges needs to be a bit strict in some of the matters as like exams and the students. most of the students never attended classes even though they were marked excellent which was not good for the students who came to classes regularly and did hard work to get those excellent marks.
