Remarks

I didn't get admission in the college I actually wanted since I lost out on the merit list by 0. 6%. I wanted to complete BA at Ruparel as their literature faculty was well-known. Ruia was listed as my second choice, hence I secured my admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is up-to-date and ensures we're learning with reference to contemporary scenarios which keeps us well-versed with our classroom studies and social circumstances. Vidhi Mehra has been teaching here for a year now and does an excellent job at explaining concepts and theories with absolute clarity. Studying Gender Studies under her in TY is an absolute bliss.

Placement Experience

2.5

No idea. While there is a placement cell in the college, students for BA haven't been given any campus placement opportunities.

College Events

5

Ruia is a place where every student, be it a shy student or an enthusiastic extrovert, can find some or the other extracurricular activity to participate in. In the Student Council, you have many teams such as Literary Arts, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Celebrity Management and many more who organise and manage certain events during the year, especially for the college's annual fest "Aarohan" (previously known as Utsav Aarohan, until 2019)

Campus Life

Ruia has a huge ground in the middle of the buildings called "quadrangle" or "quad" which is the hang-out spot for students. It is also an access to the outdoor stage where all the fests take place. The library is present next to the Quad and there is a huge Reading Hall on the 3rd floor where you can get some quiet and peace to study. There is a dedicated indoor badminton hall, a boxing ring and, a shooting range to train the NCS members.

Placement Experience:

Placements at VES Polyetchnic are decent for a diploma college. students generally become eligible for placements in the final year.Pacages depend on the company and branch, with some offer going above 4 LPA. the placement cell also helps with interviews and internships. after diploma, many students also choose to continue with higher studies

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum specially the first two years focuses more on subjects like history, political science etc and prepares are foundation for law. The curriculum is well inclusive of the practical aspects of law as well as the theory which prepares you well for the real world applications. The course can be improved via adding the amended laws like add in GST to the taxation laws. The internal as well as semester exams are conducted once every semester. The difficulty level is easy to moderate for both. We get a study leave of around 20-25 days before every semester exam to prepares ourselves well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Placement Experience:

As I have heard people mostly get placements from this college itself. If not they go for their degrees and take placement there. The salary is mostly around 5 lakhs per annum which is decent enough for most students. According to the principal from the college if a student studies afterwards for degrees this number racks up to 18 lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.
