Remarks
Basically my main target was to get admission in one of the National Importance College and I found IISER one among themselves and due to category I get admission easily in the IISER and choose mohali just because it is near to my place as compared to other iisers.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am doing BS-MS and is in second year of my college. The quality of teaching is good and fine. Teachers are highly educated from world's best universities. The course curriculum is good. Students can study whatever subject they want.
Placement Experience
The courses offered in iiser mohali are not professional one and also students didn't expect any corporate jobs. They prefer to do their phd after their 5 year bs-ms degree.
College Events
Campus is good and safe. Students can engage in dance, music, sports, gym, yoga. Students and staff are very supporting. 24 hours library is there in the campus.College also celebrate every festival. INSOMNIA- is the annual fest of IISER Mohali.
Campus Life
IISER MOHALI has a very large campus spread in 145 acre with a lot of greenary and wildlife in campus. College have all the modern labs and digital classes. There is a Central Analytical Facility in the college where scientific instruments of costs more than 1 crore are there and are very sensitive to noise. Library is of 7 floor with online facility. Every sports has an individual stadium. Cricket cum Football Stadium has more than 1000 people sitting capacity. There are indoor stadium as well.
