Remarks

First and foremost its near to my home, south campus vibe, and my sister has been an alumni of my college and i just preferred the college.Factors that drove me was my percentage to be honest if i have to tell and this percentage i was getting this college or evening shift of shaheed bhagat singh so choose ram lal clg over shaheed evening. And the other one would be it's in south delhi and i have always wanted a college in south delhi part because south delhi has that vibe that indulges me always whatever place i visit. So yeah that's all i can say.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is well updated and complies with university course but what i would like to say is that GE subjects are subject to different college and availablity of faculties for those GE subjects. In my college i have faced a little bit restrictions on choosing GE subjects and we weren't given any option, although the GE subjects can be chosen according to the student interest which my college compromised pretty well. Now come to the exposure part there was not that much of industrial exposure provided just one little trip were provided when i was in 1st year of my college after that every time when department tried to organise it, it always tangled up because of political or personal influences. And yeah last but not the least faculties are quite good, I won't say that great but decent enough and i would like to mention one teacher one, her name is shrishti bhatia, she taught MPA and Cost Accounting in our 2nd year and she is the only one i found who understands the true relationship of student and teacher. And throughout our teaching she has always remain so supportive to our decisions and she truly understands the feelings.

Internships Opportunities

No i didnt, i have done my internship on my own, college internships weren't that good so most of my classmates opted out.

Placement Experience

0.5

Yeah, here the college struggles a lot as not many companies pays visit, the companies which pays visit are most from the BPO sector so yeah if you just want to do your degree then you can opt for this college otherwise it wouldn't be a good choice if any one wants placement after the course don't go for this option whatever course you choose it plays the same tune for all the courses. What i have experienced is that the placement society is the main cause for all of this it never remained active nor provided any opportunity i dont know about the past but in my three years of graduation i have seen this happening it just the placement department plays some politics which cost the placement thing and student have to bear for their futures, and moreover the students who's choosen for running the society it was never fair, just "Jugad" thing happens and you are in and the rest you can imagine.

College Events

3.5

Campus life is okay not that great as due to some issues which pertained in the past with Aryabhatt college we had lost our ground to Aryabhatta college so there is no ground available for playing just a lawn in front of the college administration and if anyone who wants to play any sports yeah they can use the Aryabhatta college playground there is no restriction to that but it doesn't belongs to ram lal so that's what hurt the most. And during the fest only the lawn space is utilised for the stage performances which creates chaos all the time due to the less availability of space.Culture activities are not that active but i can say that they have made some real good progress regarding this and it will be more in the coming future, just give some time.

Fees and Financial Aid

When someone tops in the department then college provide a scholarship of worth Rs5000 on the annual day of the college and certificates of acknowledgment. My fellow classmates Yatin Grover topped in the department and got the 5000 rs reward with which he threw party for the celebration of it.

Campus Life

Wifi is not that great but work okay, but other sports are available to the best of my knowledge.Yeah library is top standards and top of that its an air conditioning library but the the problem is ac only operates on the first floor though second floor also has it but the library administration doesn't operate that one just left the fan on in addition to that only second floor is available for the seating where one can seat and use the materials to read as the first floor don't have any space to seat because it's occupied by the book shelfs. And the staff is bit rigid i would say like they don't listen to students they just act on their own.And this thing has always bothered me and sometimes i have ended up quarreling with them regarding all these issues.

Hostel Facilities

College doesnt provide hostel or accomodation facilities like that because of space or fund problem it can't afford, so the outside ones always have to go for the PG options which you can avail at your own comfort in nearby places. If it comes to cost in satya you would find little bit more expensive, in anand niketan too but in the basant goan area which is located just few metres aways from the moti lal nehru college that is on the opposite side where you can save some penny.

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Adding more project-based or skill oriented components would make the course more practical and beneficial for placements or higher studies .
