Course Curriculum Overview

the course is pretty much static. coding and practicals are are just like everyday learning rituals. the exam structure is itself trains you so much, that you kind of know how your further studies are going to be.

Placement Experience

the placements are pretty much promising , because most of the companies are reputed companies which visit our colleges. almost 91 (for e.g- Google, Microsoft) companies visit us during the time of placement.

College Events

the college celebrates a lot more events than an average college. we celebrate the cultural events, Foundation day, technical events and sports events etc. last year i was part o this inter-college event held by another IIT , named 'Effervescence' , it was really indulge-worthy 7 an overall great exuberance.

Fee Structure And Facilities

WHEN YOU STUDY IN SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGE , the cost doesn't seem to occur like a huge barrier to be honest. but in total i had to pay 2 Lacs with including hostel & mess fees.the college has no concept o additional fees required & the system that handles the fee structure is quite transparent in their process.

Campus Life

i must say that the gender ratios are really poor. its 2 girls is to 10 boys. their are various clubs in our college or extracurricular activities & also for the overall development o the student , for e.g- photography club, music club & also how can i forget about the drama club.

Admission

as we all know IIT is one of the most prestigious colleges , not only in our country but also globally. i gave my JEE entrance with 85% in the CBSE board 12th examination & i got my branch here at Pune.

the faculty has a lot of experience i must say, and its actually worth the hype when it comes to faculty because most of the lecturers , even the guest lecturers for that matter were former IITians or had appeared for JEE at-least.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

Placement Experience:

Tata Group, Reliance Group, Aditya Birla Group and some other niche names from corporate are the ones who come for placements at law college. Since every year 300 students pass out and 150-175 of them get jobs from the college placement and the average salary offered is around 6-7 lakhs. Highest though last year was of 20LPA.

IIIT Pune Detailed Review

This College was on my top priority as It is in the city Pune . The Emerging IT city in India . As the Name is IIIT it also attracts me . At the time of Counselling i have filled Branches in ECE of NIT and CS of IIIT . Initially i was alloted IIIT Bhopal but inn the 5th round IIIT Pune was alloted . My Parent was happy as Pune is Nice city. My College Infrastructure is Good but not as expected. If we compare my College to Private than it is far Good and all the facilites are nice. Yeah we can say that we are new but we can say that we are not less than New NIts. For Entrance in IIIT Pune You need to qualify the JEE Main Exam with Good Percentile. My experience of iiit pune

I also applied to cse at IIIT jabalpur and allahbad, and chemical engineering at nit Warangal but I couldn't get a seat there. I was also getting ece in iiit jabalpur and cse in spit mumbai but I decided to take iiit pune cse over it.
